Trendz Consignment Boutique

Such a cute boutique! The ladies that work here are always so helpful and the owner really knows how to take care of her customers. They always have the cutest clothes and best deals! I have only had great experiences every time I shop at this boutique and will continue to come here!

My teenage daughter and I really enjoy shopping at resale and consignment stores. We love finding really nice clothing at a very nice price. Our recent experience here was somewhat disheartening with the lack of customer service. When trying on clothes, we were never told to just leave the unwanted items in the dressing room. Oh, did I miss a sign perhaps? After trying clothes on, I went ahead, trying to be helpful, put back what we didn't want on the racks pertaining to where we got them, size and color. I've done retail before and certainly know how it works. One of the ladies there asked if I wanted a room while I was still holding the clothes I didn't want and I replied "no I am just putting the ones I didn't want away." Instead of at least thanking me or telling me nicely that I was to leave them in the dressing room, she snapped "We don't want you doing that. Just leave them in the dressing room when you are done". The way she said it was a mean undertone left quite an impression. She was such a bad example of how you treat customers. I hope she wasn't the manager, she's gonna lose customers. The other lady was nice, but this tall, older short-haired gal with glasses was very rude. There was no "hi how are you" or "welcome to Trend" or anything. Very cold atmosphere. My daughter, as a teenager,is also aware of what decent customer service should be, and even noticed the harshness of the employee. Why should we recommend this store if your treated crappy? Bad example for sure. Hopefully the next visit will be much better.

I absolutely love Trendz! I buy and sell clothing and jewelry there. Every time I walk through their doors I find something I have to take home! Name brand items, huge selection, friendly staff, and a rewards program! From sandals to formal wear - they have it all!

Not always the friendliest staff. I don't get the feeling they want me to be there. Can be challenging to consign with them.

Today was the second time I've been to Trendz to drop off some possible items for consignment . The same rude person was in the back. She seems to be annoyed that I'd brought something in. Even when she accepts my items, she still acts the same. Too bad as the clerk at the front is so nice, but I've paid my last visit to Trendz.

Trendz is a fun place to shop. My daughter (24) and I never leave without finding something to buy. Their prices are great! The clothing is well organized by size, color, and functionality. I love the purse, jewelry and shoe collection as well. Nice job, ladies! Thanks for being there.

Love taking my clothes to Trendz! Such a good and easy way to make money on your clothes you don't want anymore. And a good place to buy new ones! Always have really nice and clean clothes. The inside is also always decorated super cute! Check out their sale rack too! Always full of great stuff that is super affordable! They also use a point system, for every dollar you spend you earn a point and after 200 points they offer a $10 credit!! Highly recommend for your shopping days :)
