I came today to get Thornproof tubes for one of the mountain bikes. I hate flats. Trek opens in the afternoon at 3. With covid precautions no one goes in except to pay .I wanted 3 tubes but only two avail. I wanted a spare. I m still in the computer, & there is a military discount but only on bikeservice. This is the only shop that carries Bondrager tubes and tires. I think it's a better brand. Trek is a nice bike. I don't have one but I like Trek.

I'm upgrading my review based on one day of riding my bike after the tires were changed so they would hold air. It was such a relief to not have to add air before I could go on my ride this morning. First time in 18 months. Thank God and Trek for figuring it out.Thank you

We had a great visit at the bike store, the salesman was very knowledgeable about the products, we were able to test ride the bikes we liked and picked one out, unfortunately because of COVID all the bikes are on back order so no Trek bike off the floor was allowed, only for show and test ride... depending what model you choose would dictate delivery date, we were at about a 3 month wait with what we wanted. Looking at the screen it had delivery dates into 2022, you did have to pay a 100 dollar deposit even though you ordered the bike and put a deposit on it, that deposit did not hold the price quoted to us because he said that it could be more by the time the bike was to be delivered so that was a little discouraging... but if you are looking for a bike this is the place to go for sure!

I've been to this shop many times over the last 5 years for simple cycling supplies. They are not the cheapest in town, and as a matter of fact, is a little on the pricey side. That's what I expect from the Trek brand name, though. It mostly is a convenience because they are only 4 minutes away. That's alright for an inner tube or a kick stand. My son bought his bike from them and received good service. It's a good shop, one that I would recommend to check out if Trek is for you.

Don't believe the reviews here. This is rated by who? Their friends?? Probably. We purchased four new tires plus had maintenance done on our Trek bikes back in October.Maybe we should have had this done before we left our home state of New Hampshire where there are very few bumbling idiots.Well these Einstein's put tubeless tires with a tube ( ha ha)inside on both bikes that were not the size for these rims. Were they blind??? Do they read??They did this for two bikes four tires total do ya think one of them knew what they were doing? Nah the Arizona sun got to their brains I guess. oh and I don't want to forget to mention that they never tightened l the brakes my ride fortunately wasn't a down hill ride. Where they find these workers is beyond me. Incompetence describes them.We paid &1,800.00 to this store for maintenance plus all the tires that now have to be replaced with proper fitting tires.I just don't get it. I kinda feel sorry for people like this.

Bad service. I walked in and picked out a jersey. I waited over 10 minutes to pay, and no one approached me, said hello, or said "I can ring you up". I stood near the register waiting to pay, and no one said a word to me... the guy behind the register kept talking with someone else, and that conversation went on over 5 minutes with no transaction taking place. The other employees were helping someone who was buying a bike for their child, and I understand shops get busy, but someone should always be at least ready to say "Hello. I'll help you as soon as I'm finished helping this customer." Luckily there are other good shops in Tucson. I went to Copper Spoke Cycles after. They said hello immediately, got a $100 sale, and have a customer who will return many more times. I'm giving two stars instead of one because the store looks nice and has potential, but not with the staff working on 4 Jan 2025.

I bought an electric bike there. The staff were extremely helpful and there was no pressure. Great products and great people. I love my new bike.

I've had a lot of experience with this bike shop. I had a stretch there where I was getting a flat tire once a month for basically a whole year. Overall, pretty good! They usually repaired it right then and there. And if I ever needed any other work, they were very upfront about it. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Only small complaint I have is pricing / the owner. I feel like they are trying to get rich while owning a bike shop. No one in the history of history has gotten rich from a bicycle repair shop. I should know I used to work at one for years. And that mentality is just kind of reflected in their prices. I just stopped going there because I felt like I was paying for the owner to keep his timeshare in Florida and not for the actual price of the work getting done.

Excellent service. They give very helpful advice. They don't oversell or pressure. They explain alternatives, such as whether or not to use a portable pump or CO2 gas to inflate a tube or repair a flat while on a ride.

Having changed shifts to Tuesday thru Saturday means I cannot access this bike shop on my days off. It's the only one I can walk my bike to. I will just take a bolt cutter to my $300 bike so it will fit in my apartment complex's dumpster, I guess. This is useless. I guess being a cyclist was OK when it was convenient. Maybe bicycle activists should rethink everything if cycling requires so much more maintenance, time and overall commitment than a car. I guess despite 17 years of living here, Tucson is still shitty. Yelp has documented this for me, sadly.
