Treasures & More Resale Store

I stop into this store whenever I am on that side of town and I usually find something nice or needed to buy. However, today when I went into the shop I noticed that, despite the signs on the door that state that Treasures And More takes the coronavirus seriously, several of the customers inside the store were not wearing face coverings. The woman who was behind the counter was not only NOT covering her face (her face shield was angled up above her face), she was engaged in a prayer with two customers at the counter who were also not wearing masks. All three were holding hands, so their faces were only inches away from each other. I'm sorry, but that behavior does not indicate that Treasures And More is taking the virus seriously. It demonstrates recklessness and a lack of concern for the welfare of your customers.The last time I was there, the woman behind the counter (a different employee) was wearing her mask below her nose where it does no good.As a result of these recent experiences, I will not be returning to your store until the virus is contained. You have lost a customer for the duration of the pandemic. And if you're going to pray, please pray that the Lord will bestow upon your employees and customers the common sense and intelligence required to follow COVID prevention protocols for the safety of themselves and all of your customers.

When you fear fighting horders, close quarters and inconsideration - this should be on your list for second hand items. Between wares and wears you will not be left without a hunt. This is not your thrift store where someone already found something special and marked it up accordingly but rather to occasionally visit to see what has been recently given another chance to appreciate. When you are up for something away from assistance league, or another top notch but higher priced thrift store, Treasures is a place to find great items and through kind people working there to help if you need it. Also, watch the board on your right, behind the counter, going in - you can find what is marked 25-75 percent off that day. Making deals steals and easily feeling good about saying keep the change and pay it forward. Lastly, Wednesday is for you veterans and well aged folks with extra percentage off.

Love this thrift shop. Really thought about leaving a review because I don't want it to blow up with a bunch of shoppers (hehehe) but I decided to give them the credit they deserve. I recently started collecting fine china and adorable dishes and this place has given me some of my favorite and best findings!! I find my swan ring to stop there all the time but I hold myself back now because my china cabinet is full :(

Went in there today and will never return. It's November and close to nine months into this pandemic and these people think it's okay for their employees to not be wearing masks? This is reckless and mind-numbingly dumb and sends a message that they simply do not care about the welfare of their customers. I got about five steps in the door and counted three employees sans mask and another with his nose not covered. And people wonder why COVID cases are spiking here again? Get a clue, folks!

Extremely disappointed in my experience this morning. I have shopped and donated here many times. This morning when I tried to donate some items the cashier was on her phone and did not greet me. When I greeted her and asked if the store was taking donations she asked what materials I was bringing. I responded that I wanted to bring in some scrapbooks and picture frames. She responded with, no we will not take it. Extremely disappointed in the customer service. I guess I will take my donations to Goodwill or Savers.

They took care of all the jewelry my mom had and sold off a lot of gold scrap.Excellent job!

Best, clean with interesting items. The resale stuff was priced well. We really got a good deal here.

Originally, this rating would have been a "1" for last week, they made a mistake that they blamed me for instead of trying to rectify it.I felt that I was treated terribly and was ganged up on to the point where I left in tears.However, after speaking with "Manager Matt" earlier today, that all changed.He listened to my concerns (which his staff did NOT do) and he apologized on their behalf because they--and I mean THREE--of his staff members didn't do either.After sharing with Matt my negative experience and feeling heard and respected, my opinion of this facility has dramatically shifted, hence the "4" star rating.I look forward to witnessing the improved customer service approach.Thanks, Matt!

Just want to say how sad it was to visit this retail store today. I was planning to purchase some accessories for our new hone, but I refuse to patronize any business that does respect their patrons. By the employees not wearing masks and the business not requiring ALL customers to wear masks, they show total disregard for the CDC guidelines and complete disrespect for customers like me.
