For the price, this is the best motel in Tucson. They clean the rooms after each guest leaves. The bedding is clean and fresh smelling. The tv's work, the wifi works, and the doors lock and stay secured well. Also, a copy of the Bhagava Gita as it is next to the bible. 10/10 This is the place. There are no bedbugs here.

This place is clean, provides value for your dollar. If you're looking for a no frills place to stay go here. Close to fairgrounds for a quick Uber ride.

Spent one night there. Woke up with bites on my arms and legs. Bedbugs, no matter how cheap the room was it wasn't worth it!

Overall this place is ok. The room is moderately clean, could be better could be worse. They have mini fridge and microwave in the room, as well as a nice tv with cable and ESPN. Shower was hot, service was good. There's nicer places around, but this place is good to lay your head and get a hot shower.

Travel Inn, 6161 E Benson Hwy, Tuscon AZWe stayed during Tucson AZ Gem and Mineral Show 2024 (January 31- February 7). Driving up to the property was scary. Surrounding area was ugly with homeless living in the lot next door. The advertised pool had been cemented in, but the fence was there. Our room was supposed to be nonsmoking, but tobacco and other smells were strong! Our keys would not work to the room on numerous occasions. The refrigerator was not level so food and drinks fell out when opened. The microwave was not level either. The wall plug in-between the two queen beds was hanging out of the wall. The reservation was for seven nights (did not get a weekly rate) and we wanted to leave a day early so we requested cancellation of one night 72 hours in advance, but the owner would not refund. If you book through an agency (as we did), make sure you check the policy for cancellations as this fell on the owner's policy and decision. He was rude and would not listen at all. Also, a language barrier existed.

A five-star cheap motel! Everything, with tax, was $82 and change, no deposit required! The place is clean and modern. Everything worked as it was supposed to and there were no roaches, etc. As a cheap motel you must do your own due diligence about bedbugs (assume all of these places have them and take steps to protect your belongings). Plus the location is extremely hard to beat. It's literally right off I-10 to put you at easy access to literally everything in any direction of Tucson.Do be aware that if you come here during gem show season (roughly mid-January to mid-February), you are unlikely to find any vacancy.

Hotel room was a dump and was filthy. My friend and I both got violently ill by morning with norovirus. Nothing had been cleaned. Freezer was caked with yellow ice and rotted moldy food. Bathtub and shower curtain were unbelievably filthy. Floors had gunk on them. Microwave and sink not cleaned. Owner was rude and uncooperative with releasing us from a second night. Corporate office would not back us up.

Room is not sanitary. There is mold in the freezer. The microwave is not clean. The tub and shower curtain are not clean. The place is filthy and unacceptable. There is a layer of filth under the beds. We were not provided with enough pillows. It's unhealthy.

Just don't :T I don't normally leave reviews but this was just an overall bad experience and the people who worked there didn't want to be there either, terrible customer service

I've stayed here lots now all of a sudden they jacked the price over 100$ a night from 35 really?There WiFi but it don't work the wonderful management (and by wonderful I mean awful) tell me they have no control over it! I really wish I had stayed somewhere else will not come back and hope no one else dose and they have to sell it maybe someone can run it better
