This is a very professional and personable operation. They did a four wheel alignment on our 4xe Wrangler in less than two hours. They have a clean operation and have double depth bays. They can accommodate our crew cad 8' bed one ton truck too!

Remove the torn and tattered US Flag or replace it ! It's a disgrace how it looks. Every time my family comes to Culvers, my daughter always notices. Fly it PROUDLY. Take it down or replaces it. Sincerely, a combat veteran and family

Dropped by Trail Boss Off-Road on our way home on a long road trip to get our alignment checked, oil changed, and suspension re-torqued on our JLUR. The staff was great to work with, and they did a great job at a very fair price. We would definitely come here again if we needed anything done on a future road trip!

Good local mom and pop style off road shop that does it all. They also have lube shop that does Mobil 1 oil changes. They were able to fit me in for a quick cv axle swap. Very attentive staff and positive experience. Fair pricing!

Jeremy and all of his staff where wonderful. My husband and I bought a truck camper not realizing that our truck needed air bags and stabilized bars. We where stuck. Jeremy took care of us. These guys are fantastic. I have 2 Jeeps that were constantly beating up and they keep us up and running. Just did a regear on my JL and they were fantastic. Now they are helping me get my wife's Jeep squared away after I attempt to fix things myself. Greatful to have a shop like this nearby.

Great shop. I've come to them with big and small tasks and every time they have the best work, fast turn around time, and overall great prices. Will continue to use them in the future.

Wack. My 17 year old son went in, with money, to enquire about a lift and exhaust. Business must be real good because the guy behind the counter made the mistake of thinking teenagers don't have money. This guy chose to be rude, short, and dismissive not wanting to answer questions. Like most people we work hard for our money and there is too much competition out there to deal with chumps. We will find another shop to partner with for all of our 4x4 vehicle needs.

I recently took my car in to have it repaired. They noticed that my AC didn't work. I had taken it before to several shops that were "experts" in AC who told me my AC could not be repaired.The folks at Trail Boss made the repair I went in for, they also repaired my AC in a fantastic way. These guys think outside the box and get the job done. They even guaranteed the work.Talk about a happy camper. I'm thrilled!

Stopped by to check out the place after seeing at least 20 jeeps parked outside....hoping to find a jeep 4X4 who knew their market. Coming from SoCalI figured this would not be an easy task. Jeremy answered every question-- I had many. Took a look at my boy, made recommendations, pointed out an issue I had struggled with and evenagreed to install the iDrive I had purchased elsewhere - first iDrive TrailBoss had installed. Here it is 3 months later and no issues! Made my appointment for the next week. I waited in the customer service desk area - 4 hours. I was prepared... I brought my Jeep Essentials catalogues and printed downloads for upgrades/parts - not a groan from Jeremy or Nate - they answered every question, between customers and phone calls, listened to my input and together we put a "small" wish list going forward. Forgot to add Trail Boss hourly rate is very competitive. My Ford F350 diesel 4X4 is now a customer.
