Toy's Egg Roll

This food truck is a gem in the middle of Sierra Vista parked outside of a convenience store. There's plenty of parking, and the service was quick. Once we ordered, our food was ready in less than 10 minutes. Everything was delicious. The chicken in my curry was moist and flavorful, but the chicken skewers were a bit dry. The barbecue pork was extremely tender and savory. We brought our food to a nearby park to enjoy, and it was the perfect lunch. Definitely check out Toy's for delicious Chinese and Thai cuisine!

Stopped in again for chicken fried rice. There were a lot of big chicken chunks in it. All for $10! Enough for two meals.

This is the iconic Sierra Vista Egg roll van. People are always creeping trying to catch it, a regular place you can find it is at the Sierra Vista Farmers market

I went to Toy's for the first time last week. I love good egg rolls and these were right up there with the best I have ever tasted. I ordered 12 to take home and share with neighbors. Everyone loved them. While there I also ordered spicy chicken curry for my lunch the next day. The curry was excellent and not too spicy. Quite palatable. It was closing time (almost 5:00) and Toy threw in an excellent couple of ribs. This is a food truck next to a neighborhood market. They are open Wednesday through Saturday. They do have some specials on Saturday. I can't wait to check them out. I am really impressed with this place after one visit and I plan on going back this week and begin tasting other items on the menu. Thanks Toy for a wonderful flavorful experience !!

TOY"S egg rolls, is a must try and must return at least once a month. (we don't eat out often) her food is always delicious, spicy beef yum, orange chicken, yum, chicken sticks, yum, egg rolls, yum yum... there are noodles and rice in the meals which have gone up to 10 bucks for meal, but always leftovers.

All of Toy' food is amazing. I have followed her since the 90's at her original store near the Post.

Almost missed seeing the food truck, it was on the side corner of the parking lot.Price was good and delicious food. Just wish for just a little more sauce on Pad Thai (Saturday special) and Thai chili powder for me to sprinkle to add some heat. I will go back.

It is so delicious, authentic and huge helpings! Awesome mother son team! I did the orange chicken and egg rolls. Tried some of their pork too! Delicious all of it. Recommend!!!

Great food and prices the owner and her son are very nice so glad they are around still.
