Shawn was prompt, polite and considerate of Covid-19 protocals. We hired him for roundtrip airport transfers and he even brought back my face shield that I forgot and left in the van. Wonderful service!

I wish I could give Neil and Top Shelf Transportation 10 stars! We hosted our daughter's wedding at our house that has a very steep driveway and minimal parking. We used a dirt parking area about a half mile from our house. I called several companies and was quoted outrageous prices and was even quoted a $100 van cleaning fee by one since we were using a dirt lot. When I spoke with Neil at Top Shelf, he quoted me a fair price, and was in communication with me about our event every step of the way. The week before, he came out to the house to see our driveway and the lot we were using for parking. A few days before the wedding, our driver Patrick came out and practiced going up our driveway and turning around a few times. On the wedding day, Neil and Patrick were early, Neil manned the parking area to greet our guests, ensure parking was done efficiently to maximize space, and everyone was transported to our house quickly and safely. When the wedding was over, Patrick returned for one hour to take guests back to their cars. All of the other companies had a two hour minimum for each leg of the job. I cannot recommend Neil and Top Sheft Transportation enough! Parking and transportation was one of our biggest obstacles to having a backyard wedding at our house and their shuttle service made it effortless. Thank you so much for your professional service!!

I cannot express how grateful I am for then excellent service Top Shelf gave to my dad! I am in NJ and I needed a car service for my dad, who lives in Tuscon, to the airport and when he returned. Not living in AZ it was hard for me to decided who to put the care of my dad in.My first encounter was with Neil on the phone. He couldn't of been nicer or more accommodating. My dad said the service was excellent. Thank you for taking good care of my 86 year old dad. You don't know how much that means to me.If I am ever in need of a car service again, there will be no question on who I will be calling. Thank you!!!

I can't say enough great things about this business. Used their company twice and both times we had the pleasure of working with Shawn. The first time was to a concert at Casino del Sol. As a criminal defense attorney and certified bartender, I know too well the costs of getting pulled over for a DUI. So in order to be able to enjoy ourselves at the concert, we hired TST to pick us up and take us home afterwards. Shawn was the epitome of professionalism. He picked us up on time, waited for us during the concert and took us all home. We enjoyed him and the company so much, we ended up hiring a couple of his busses to transport all our wedding guests out to the venue and back. Not only were we secure in knowing everyone was getting home safe, the venue owner and the bartending service loved not having to worry about their liability should anything have gone wrong. You can't beat the price or the service. I would recommend TST wholeheartedly.
