Top Paw Grooming

I have taken my dog to Top Paw twice now and they exceeded my expectations both times. My dog just got groomed for the Thanksgiving holiday and I called and had an appointment within a couple days. They did advise in advance that they were down a person so please be patient, but there were no issues. They still did their best and did not rush. Their price is pretty comparable with PetSmart and others in the area. Would highly recommend and Roy looks perfect!

My groomer for the past eight years retired and I was nervous to find a new one. My husky has some typical stray/husky issues. I explained to the staff that one of his back legs acts up and he tends to be apprehensive of people. They kept him there for over four hours to give him breaks and keep him comfortable. They even stayed open later to finish him up. When I first arrived I noticed the calm atmosphere which I really appreciated. I could not have been more pleased with their patience, professionalism, and kindness towards my boy. We have for sure found our new groomer.

The girls did an amazing job with my pup Bean and I'm taking him back already! Thank you for everything!

Great place. Loved our pups. Love their grooming. I trust them to care for my dog. Always offer to help take pips out to my car. But I can handle them. lol

I've been meaning to write a review for a while now, but have forgotten to do it for the longest time. I took my boyfriend's Siberian husky here since 2021 and they really are the best in town. Milo is a wonderful dog however he does come with his husky quirks. They accommodated him and did so much more! Milo gets scared walking on smooth floors so they would help him get around from time to time. He also has hip dysplasia and arthritis in his leg so he needs to take breaks. They would always give him breaks whenever he would get tired. Also, they were also really good about getting knots out of his tail that I always had difficulty getting out on my own (partly because Milo would never let me brush his tail). My boyfriend now lives in a different state so unfortunately Milo won't be getting groomed here anymore, but Kelly, Bailey, and the rest of the staff have really heightened my standard for groomers. I probably won't be able to find anyone else that did as great of a job as this team. You can really tell they care for the dogs.

Reasonable service charges, good people, my cat had a great experience.It was easy making an appointment. My cat, who has very long hair, had developed bad mats on her chest. We tried to do it ourselves but quickly realized that there was no way we could do it. Searching Yelp, I found Top Paw with great reviews. So glad I came here.Kelly did the grooming and Bailey assisted. They shaved her mats off and gave her an overall grooming with brushing. Tons of undercoat. I don't know about my cat, we knew she was unique, but this really sealed the deal. She just laid there submissive and even did blinkies at me. I'm dumbfounded. Had her tail and belly brushed and she didn't even flinch, let alone complain. Most cats hate that. They were telling me of the last feisty cat they had which actually bit Kelly on the finger.Friendly people, good service. I and my cat, Harley, will be back.5* = A top favorite. Mind-blowing good. I will definitely return and I will go out of my way to go here. Worth every dime of my money.4* = Outstanding. Tucson-top-tier. Some elements not quite as good as it gets, but it still is worthy of my regular business.3* = Good experience. I might do repeat business if it is convenient, the only option, the only one in its category, or on a whim, but would not be among the first thing to come to mind. Would definitely recommend you trying it to get your own take on it.2* = Not so good. Would not recommend at all. Waste of money.1* = How are they still in business? Stay away at all costs!

This creamy caramel here is in full shed mode and finding out a week before Thanksgiving that we'd be hosting company, I figured it was a long shot getting her in for a good deshedding groom - nope! Bailey got us in right away and is so good with my pup. I appreciate how calm and confident she is around the dogs and have no doubt mine is being well cared for. Pup always strolls out looking fresh and happy and smelling delicious! (Seriously I can't stop smelling her for the next 24 hours). 100% recommend!

Just needed to bring my dog in for nail clipping and buffing. They took her back right away- my dog is not great with other dogs so I was pleased to see it was not busy. Bailey did a great job with my pooch and I was very comfortable with her kind and capable demeanor with my dog.

I've been bringing my oldest dog to Top Paw for years, and now that I've adopted another dog, they both have been groomed here several times. At first I was very happy with their services, but my dogs are very scared of this place now, and their haircuts aren't the greatest. The first cut they gave my youngest pup was adorable, and when I asked for both dogs to get that same haircut on the next visit, I picked them up to find that they were both shaved all the way down. That was disappointing, but we decided to let their fur grow out so they could try again next time. When I asked for the cute haircut on the next visit, she was snappy with me and said it wasn't possible to do the cut that I was asking for. I know this isn't true, because they had done it once before. Again, I picked up my dogs to find them both cut super short and not what we had discussed. Honestly, I can't see myself paying nearly $200 every visit just to be disappointed with the results and have my dogs scared to death to return. It feels like they don't want me to bring my dogs back any more. I don't know why, because I tip them well and I don't ask for much...
