Top Hat Formal Wear

This will be my choice for a suit rental for a friends wedding coming up. The Suit or Tuxedo is not defined yet. Black Tie could mean more than one style. My rental will be in my price range either way. The "check in " offered discount means little. There is no clearance area or rack. 50 pct off clearance. I spoke up Yana and she was very helpful. Many many choices. They hav been here for years. Next to the trophy shop.

I have been a customer here for many years. Because of the construction on Broadway they have moved across the street. Top Man provides great customer service and has helped me in a pinch several times. I own a tuxedo, but they have helped me enhance my look time and time again!

Unorganized to say the least. They didn't alter pants like asked and did not include a vital part to my order.. ruined our pictures. Went to return the rentals and the man did not record what was being returned only to say we never took our rentals. So unprofessional and ridiculous. Choose elsewhere

I couldn't possibly over state how awesome these guys are. Very curtous, friendly and professional. Our tuxetos look awesome and actually fit very well. I have rented several times before from a local mens warehouse and every time was very disappointed in there service and the resultant fit, not so with Top Hat, i couldn't possibly be more pleased.

Highly recommend! We had an emergency a couple of weeks ago, when we came into town for my sister's wedding over Memorial Day Weekend. My husband had arranged to rent a tux from a large national chain (which shall remain nameless)--they shipped it to the wrong state and he was left without a tux the day before the wedding. We called Top Hat to see if they could help, and within an hour he had a great-looking tux rental for a reasonable price. A great experience all around.

I'd just like to take the time out to thank Sergio for a job very well done when my son and I went in to rent a tux for the very first time. We had no idea what to expect nor what it would cost.I had initially Googled many different places in Tucson and ultimately chose Top Hat because of the ratings and comments that other people had online.I was shocked at the Winter Formal special, and thrilled that it came with cuff links and shoes included! I am a single mother and certainly didn't have $200-$300 to spend on sending my son to a dance for one night. I spent under $80 for everything!Sergio was amazing in showing my son how to wear the tux without making him feel uncomfortable, as well as letting him get comfortable in the tux once it was time for the fitting. I will recommend Top Hat to all of my friends for their sons when time comes for them to rent tuxes.I would recommend Top Hat beyond a shadow of a doubt to anyone looking for a tux, especially those who have never had to or isn't familiar with formal wear. My son is only 17 and they treated him like a king! They have something for everyone and a very nice price range!Thanks again for a very pleasurable experience and kudos to Sergio!

So glad we found this place! They exceeded all our expectations with friendly and professional service. They had a nice selection of tuxedo suits and did excellent job with custom tailoring.

Great place to rent a tuxedo. The owner is super nice and very helpful when suggestions are needed. His assistant is also very nice and helpful. They're very reasonably priced and have never had a bad experience in the 3-4 times I've rented a tux for my son. If you need to rent a tuxedo, I definitely recommend them! Did I mention shoes are included in the rental? You won't find a better place in Tucson.

My dad went here to find a tuxedo for my wedding and the guy helping him was extremely rude. My dad is a larger man and the man "helping" told him that he didn't have anything that would fit him because he was too big. He proceeded to fit my dad is something that made him look really unflattering and didn't care to try and make my dad look good. Luckily we found another place who was helpful and NICE. This guy didn't have to be an asshole about my dad's weight/size. Don't go here if you want to be shamed about your size because apparently this guy thinks you don't deserve to look and feel good if you are bigger. You don't know what people are going through in their lives. Just be nice.

Beware! Very disappointing experience. The employees are rude and somewhat hostile. My husband's tuxedo was ordered in the wrong style and size. I politely asked the employee if he could send for the correct tuxedo style and size but the owner kept trying to convince us that although the style was incorrect, the tuxedo could be altered to fit.We later found out that he would have had to pay extra for shipping so it was to his benefit that we make a concession.
