2 locations. One location had Matt who greeted me at the front door, Michael and Steve who helped me throughout the store and I found exactly what I was looking for. I love these places. They are .2nd location, I love the lady at the front desk. And if you ever need any kind of lampshade, I'm sure they would be able to help you. Jason, who is in that department was so helpful as I saw him helping a couple out with many shapes, sizes, and colors for their lamp. This place was absolutely wonderful.I WOULD RECOMMEND

There is so much in this place. Literally, if you take the time I am confident you can find what you are looking for. It's predominantly furniture which is nice because sometimes it's really difficult to find furniture and you have to hop from place to place. It feels like there is not a ton of knick knacks here, but they are among and in things. If you are looking for a certain piece of furniture or light fixture Toms is your place. I did purchase some pretty porcelain flowers I have been wanting. They were 6 for $45 in "as is" condition. The "as is" part is not noticeable otherwise there is no way I would have paid $45. I highly recommend Toms - the employees are kind and helpful and it was a pleasant shopping experience.

This store has it all! There are some top quality finds and I love all the Asian furniture. Definitely some good values to be found.

Absolutely the bees knees when it comes to antique furniture! I have yet to see a environment where you can find large, retro amounts of furniture to this scale. It's a bit cluttered and you need to watch your elbows and if you have any, children!! Most of the furniture is eclectic and across the decades. Don't come here for many other items other than furniture, though they do have a few things extra... The staff is friendly and helpful but the building looks like it was made from the 1950s to sixties. Additionally the lighting is extremely poor inside the store and bulbs are missing out of half of the light structures on the ceiling. Not to be negative, but the store could use a refresh but the cost of moving everything to update it would probably be beyond measure. The store is called TOMS Fine Furnishings, but would rather suggest it be Toms 'Antique' Fine furnishings due to the fact that the antiquated furniture is not modern day or even in the last 1 to 2 decades. Nice place, packed full and would be a BEAR to move anything in here due to the lack of maneuverable room.

I am almost positive that Tom's is the Mercedes-Benz of second-hand furniture stores, and I've been to many. Between this location and the other one (that I do not see listed on Yelp), there is a mind-boggling selection of stuff; you're definitely going to want set aside an entire afternoon to look it all over. Most of their merchandise, by no stretch of the imagination is new, or even fairly new, but it's all great quality and it reminds you that things really are not made they way they used to be.The only critique I have is the prices might make your eyes water, and a funky odor permeates almost the entire store, and it has been like that nearly every visit. Before walking in the place last time, I saw a woman storming out the front door grimacing, and waving her hand in front of her face. If that doesn't say the place has an odd smell, then I don't know what does.

I've been in this store several times. Great items up for sale. Their customer services is horribly lacking. I wasn't greeted until I exited the store. I was looking for a specific piece of furniture. I couldn't get a hello?!!! GFK!!!!

We were looking for a glass top for the dining table. Found exactly the size needed. Sounds great, right? The owner first told the staff yes, then changed his mind just incase he finds a hypothetical base in the future. Went back today and they were still wishy washy. So, in short, don't go there and find something you have to have. The owner may not want to sell it!

First visit yesterday. There is an incredible amount of "stuff" to look at. Beautiful furniture, collectibles, crafts, etc. Fun place to wander through. Very crowded space, not a lot of room to move around. Most of the furniture was expensive.

Really unfortunate experience in the store today, and I won't return. In the past I've spent several thousand dollars at both locations, because they've got fascinating, if slightly overpriced, antiques. The customer service in this location has always been lacking, but today was the straw that broke the camel's back.I came in with my boyfriend to look at some jewelry. We weren't greeted at all. My boyfriend said to the guy behind the counter, "When you get a moment we'd like to look at something in the case, please." The man behind the counter snapped, in a completely nasty and unnecessary way, "When I get the time."I was shocked. Both of us stammered, "We said when you got a free moment," but he was so rude that we simultaneously turned and left. Look, in the past I've worked in customer service. It can be a bear, but if you can't treat your customers with respect you need to do something else. Yelp is full of complaints about the poor customer service at Tom's. It's ridiculous.I'm Black. My boyfriend is heavily tattooed. We've been profiled before. It's always infuriating. It's especially infuriating when I've spent so much money at both locations of this store. But they needn't worry about that, because we won't be back.
