We are new RV Toy Hauler owners! Hooray! 2022 RV adventures here we come! My boyfriend saw a listing online and walked in to look at it yesterday. We have been shopping around for a Wolf Pup and found the perfect one at Tom's Camperland formally known as Frost RV ! It includes so many cool specs! Julian and Jason are the best! They are super professional, the location was full of options and great customer service! They are LEO and Military friendly! They even provide RV driving training before you leave off the lot with it. Since we are new RV owners we were so relieved to know that we would be provided training on how to use/ drive with it. This business has won many awards and they are displayed in the lobby. I loved reading about how they help out the Humane Society of Southern Arizona. From beginning to end we had the best experience shopping/ buying our new 2021 Wolf Pup RV Toy Hauler. We couldn't be happier! If you're planning to buy a camper or trailer, this is the best place to go. They have a huge selection in their lot. The reason why I am giving this business a five star is their staff. Everyone here is so friendly, accommodating and knowledgeable. They value you as a person not just a customer. We are first time customer and everyone welcomed us as if they knew us for a long time. I love this place and would highly recommend it. And this will be our go to place, for everything that we'll need for our trailer.

After they take your money, you're on your own.I paid for an extra warranty, but they still didn't want to do very basic work less than a year after purchase.I called to make an appointment, and a grumpy old man answered the phone. He could not find any of my purchase or warranty records. He then got frustrated at me for not knowing how to work his computer. I eventually made an appointment, showed up and was told I did not have an appointment. He even made up really silly dates that I would have never scheduled. He begrudgingly took my trailer.At purchase, I paid for the additional protective exterior coating. I had plastic falling off the outside (due to a terrible manufacturer design) and was told that was not covered.My brakes were not working, and they refused to give even a ballpark estimate without a ridiculous shop fee.My trailer has stickers, indicating multi-colored lights. I was told my trailer does not actually have them.My shower head fell off due to terrible manufacturer design. They begrudgingly agreed to reattach that as a "favor" to me - not because my warranty covers anything useful.I scheduled a pickup date, supposedly to make sure my trailer wasn't "buried" in the lot. Unsurprisingly, it took a while for them to move a bunch of trailers to access mine.They are terrible.

These guys are ethically challenged, STAY AWAY! Check out this placard they have on their glory wall, purported to be a review on the Better Business Bureau website. Now go to BBB website and look at the big fat "F" rating that the BBB really gives them, and the slew of negative review there! On the placard they say; "Our vision is an ethical marketplace where buyers and sellers can trust each other". Did somebody say, "Hypocritical"??? They are not above posting fake reviews about themselves. Save yourself some time and money, and don't find out what else they are not honest about. I wish I had, but I bought an RV from them, and now having to sue them to get them to take it back. Roof leaks, awning fell apart first time used for real, and multiple issues with the wiring. 33 defects and counting of things that would be covered by warrantee if only they would honor their warrantee in a timely manner.

Tom's Camperland (Blue Compass RV)Tucson, AZI dropped off my 2023 Scout Yoho Truck Camper for recall and warranty work on September 30th, 2023. It's now December 6th. 2023. Not once have they took the initiative to contact me and keep me updated on my repairs/timeframe. I've called too many times to count and each time I can never get any definitive language. It's always "Ummmmm.... It looks like.... I think," mentioning things about my camper that were never even discussed so I've had to tell the employee to put me on hold, read over my work order to gather their thoughts, and then come back to speak with me intelligently. It took me well over a month, with constantly calling them for them to even produce a work order for me. Multiple times there were errors in my work order, that caused my camper to just sit there in limbo, and it took me calling to get things fixed and push the work order along. This camper doesn't have AC and I can only use it with my dogs in the winter months. It doesn't look like anything is going to be resolved any time soon and I'm always on hold for quite some time. I'm working with Shay and am not getting any text messages back even though he told me to contact him via his cell phone. Also, their business opening hours are not adhered to, since a meeting is scheduled at the same time as the open hours so you have to wait around for quite some time for any help. I've owned a few RVs and this is the worst service, nonexistent reaching out to customers, and longest turnaround time I've ever seen. Corporate is the next step in this complaint along with the BBB.Still waiting to speak to General Manager

Tried 5 times to get a quote over the phone for a hitch install , once transferred to parts, called back then waited to be transferred to service, again for the second time there was no answer. I'm not impressed....

Because of COVID and lack of income, we found ourselves needing to get our gorgeous Ford F-350 financially off our backs. I originally reached out to Frost RV to see if they wanted to buy our AirSafe Hitch for re-sale, which was rightfully declined for safety reasons but started a conversation about selling the truck. We delivered for consignment on Tuesday the 19th and it was sold by Saturday the 23rd!Beyond the speedy performance, I want to compliment Bruce Frost and Julian Hudgins (sales) on how great they were to deal with... friendly and efficient. I highly recommend this dealership.

Tom's Camperland in Tucson is absolutely the worst RV dealership we have ever dealt with. The sales staff are nice and will promise you the moon but after the sale they are unresponsive and everything they promised is either done half assed or not at all. Ryan, the manager, is entirely unresponsive to phone calls and messages. I would suggest if you have an ongoing unresolved problem with these people you file a consumer fraud complaint online with the Arizona Attorney General's office because it may be your only leverage short of a lawsuit.

I contacted them through their online texting service stating I was interested in a camper van. I heard back later that day and told them I would be in the next day to look at it. I got there, met the person who I had spoke to but he did not ask my name. He then proceeded to take me to the van and tell me that the battery was dead and that we couldn't turn it on. I said I would like to come back the next day with my friend, so we met the service guy to ask if a battery could be put in by then. They said yes. I texted the next morning when they opened to see if the battery was in it yet. He replied no but that they would get one in that morning. I didn't hear back from them all day. I later texted in the afternoon and his response was sorry. They were busy. They lost my business that day, and I have shared this encounter with other people. They obviously didn't need my business.

I just bought a travel trailer here. And everyone was GREAT! From my salesman Paul, to Brenda and Cristina in finance, to Nick in service. They were ALL helpful, knowledgeable and NO PRESSURE. The entire process was seamless. I highly recommend this dealership if you are in the market for a recreational vehicle.
