On the one hand, returned a service call and showed up for an appointment promptly with a reasonable fee. On the other hand, when getting a quote for parts I discovered that he has a significant mark-up over supplier cost. He was unwilling to discuss or negotiate his parts pricing. I was able to successfully order the needed parts directly from the supplier at less than half the cost of Tommy Gamez's quote. I will be using another provider to perform the installation of those parts. Nice enough guy but questionable ethics and business model.

Doesn't answer phone during business hours. Doesn't reply to online messages. Doesn't return phone calls. Not worth giving a business with shitty customer service my money. Moving on.

My father wanted his elliptical machine serviced for Christmas this year. After contacting some family friends, they recommended Tommy G Fitness so I called him. He returned my call promptly, was extremely reasonably priced and was able to go out to service the machine within two days of discussing the job. I highly recommend this company.
