Very nice park in the middle of nowhere. Site was large and level and price is great for what you get compared to other places I've been in AZ. Lots of birds. Would stay again, just wish they'd answer the phone more often.

This place is way over priced for what they offer... barely anything. They don't even give you a park map. There is no office. Yes there are spacious spaces... on gravel. No pool because the owner "doesn't feel" like opening it up. Same for the rec center. It's advertised that there is wi-fi at every site. I have a paid receipt and four phone calls with messages asking for the Wi-Fi information and no such luck. We had a guy show up to where we park for registration (no building or office to go to but there is a private residence with the pool that the owner apparently wants to keep private now) to show us where the site was but barley let us get out of the car before asking where are we from what are we doing here... sorry but I have to pee and get my kid out of the car seat and start the air conditioning.... How about a park map with a Wi-Fi password instead of all these questions!?! It seems like they might want to sell this place or don't really care for people anymore. Just give us your money here is your spot and no way for anyone to reach a human or have a map for the park or have any amenities besides the ones offered around the area but not in the park itself. They also charge for electricity. Now in the colder months they put a heater around the water faucet, which is then hooked up to your meter that you have to use for electricity and also pay for. I was told by some locals that the phone number is pointless. It takes them 3 to 4 days to get back to you. Which it true when it came to my calling them and asking questions.I sent them my meter picture in an email and later that day they called me and asked if I would be staying another day. Geez! Obviously well organized too!

It's been two years since our long term stay at Tombstone Territories and I'm really bothered to hear that the owner/her daughter are still holed up in the clubhouse refusing to share the community space and pool. She wouldn't let us in the office for mail and we were forced to collect our mail from a water heater shed with a scorpion infestation that required a professional extermination job. Rates were never adjusted for these lack of amenities. Her excuse then was COVID and her excuse now is staffing. There were some wonderful staff at Tombstone Territories in 2020 who cared for the place like their own home and were wonderful to work with. I think most of them have gone because the owner is so difficult to deal with. This could be a wonderful park with a new owner and I hope it changes soon.

After traveling around the country for about 10 years now I have to say this is one of the most beautiful and spacious RV parks around. There's nothing but views for miles yet it's still close to fun sites like the San Pedro, Tombstone, and Kartchener Caverns. There is a place to do laundry at the park and free wifi as well. Before the pandemic there was a big clubhouse you could go in but it was mostly used for "jam sessions" by some of the older folks who didn't really like children running around. Currently it's closed for some work. The owners and workers were all very kind and there's places for horseshoes, having a fire and a nice big dog park. Over the years I've seen more families coming out here which I'm happy about. Overall wonderful place to stay!

I will start by saying that their indoor facilities are closed for Covid (as of October 24th) but that didn't bother us because we have our own stuff in our fifth wheel...but if you are dry camping you might want to wait before staying here or call the office to confirm they have what you need. The park is beautiful and quiet and it is DARK out here at night so you can see the stars crystal clear. You're close to shopping and to Tombstone and the Kartchner caverns as well. There's a lot to do if you want to be entertained. The staff is friendly, and the whole vibe of the park is just relaxing and quiet. We are coming back!

I would call before coming to this park. The closed sign is posted at front gate. Other RV parks, in the area, have reopened. Right now, the pool is still closed, the Clubhouse is still closed, so no higher speed WiFi is available for residents. Three washers and three dryers, out of six each, are broken. Tombstone, which is about 12 miles away, is completely open. It's a beautiful park with spacious sites and gorgeous views. But you must know that the primary amenities are not available. Rates should be adjusted accordingly, until amenities are restored.

Stayed here to visit the area for a 2nd time. RV spots are large, hook ups are in good shape and the park is clean. I would definitely stay here again if in the area. Office and pool is still not open from the Covid days.

All facilities at the park remain closed because of Covid or truth be told the owner Janet found she saves money not opening anything up! The park itself is beautiful but it is extremely boring. We stayed there for four months and there was not much of a opportunity to meet others. The park use to be great when Janet's father was alive and he made the park fun along with the amenities that are now closed.

These folks are very sweet. We had such great service. They even went out of their way to make sure we were next to our travel companion. We didn't use the bathrooms or laundry so can't speak to that but we keep coming back. Make you to take a picture of your meter when you arrive and leave because there is a small extra fee for electricity. But the nightly fees are great! Pay cash if you want to avoid a CC processing fee. We are seeing more and more of that extra fee to use a credit card. We'll be back.
