Tombstone Motel

They were under construction while we were there. Lots of noise during the day, not just machinery but people yelling in Spanish to each other. Other than that, it was clean, good water pressure, cable TV, comfortable bed, and Ice machine. No chair in the room (sit on bed). Nice 1880 pictures and decore. Very clean updated rooms. Walking distance to the Old Tombstone and O.K. Corral. Office personnel kind and friendly.

Good location, but that's the best I can say. It was late and we didn't check reviews before we stopped for a room. The room was dirty, we had no bath towels and even our dog didn't want to be on the floor and if she was, she put her nose to the door (no kidding)! I had back surgery at the end of August and i had back pain in the morning, the mattress was not good. In fairness, the owner was in the office when we arrived and explained that they were in the process of upgrading and revamping the units...my advice is request an updated room.Hopefully they are successful in upgrading the rooms, good luck!

Do not stay here. They advertise one room to you and then give you a run down room with spider webs a non working television or air conditioner all at the same price as the renovated rooms they advertise. This place is a complete scam. I would give it negative stars if possible.

So...it's a great location if you're visiting Tombstone. That's about the extent of the good news. Overall, our room wasn't exactly horrible, but it was in desperate need of a makeover. The door had to be slammed in order to latch and even then I'm not sure it wouldn't give way to a hip check. I guess the unknown red splatter in the bathroom area is of note, and it would be nice to have more than a single roll of bathroom tissue and a 1/4 bottle of whatever was in the VO5 bottle. The old Zenith tube TV was a conversation piece, but $100 would get you a nice 32 inch LCD in there. Just saying. Family who stayed in another room have some pretty horrible photos of their place. I get it, business can be tough in a tourism town and you have sort of a captive audience, but please put some money into the place. It's a tax deduction, after all.

It's super close to downtown. So, great location. But, this is not a high end hotel but it's clean. I believe the hotel is under renovation so there are still rooms that are not renovated at all. If you want one of the renovated rooms make sure you call and request those rooms. Otherwise you will get one of the rooms that are not renovated. Overall though it's a good hotel.

So thankful we chose this motel. Excellent place to stay. Within easy walking distance of the Historic District. Newly renovated by the new owner. Did a great job on the room renovations. The plans for the property, it will get better and better. Goodnight's sleep. Comfortable bed, quiet. Highly recommend staying at this motel.Old reviews are before the new owner and renovation.

No WiFi in the back area where my room was and had to wait for 6 hours for the laundry room to be available as the maid was washing blankets the day before I was leaving and I thought it was an amenity included in the price of the room...A/C in the room worked well and clean room and bathroom so for the money I got what I paid for sort of and next time I would stay on the ground floor up near the office. Another plus is you can walk to just about everything

Not worth the price. The 20 or so dollars more to stay in one of the different "cheap" places is worth it. There were NO bottom/fitted sheets. The room was dirty. The shower curtain was covered in mold (just throw it in the washer??). The reviews on Priceline were pretty okay but they are not accurate. The office closes at 8 which is kind of inconvenient and it's very hard to find on the property. They are going through a "remodel" right now and I tripped over two piles of wood while walking around trying to find the office. The kicker is I think this was a remodeled room
