In town for a quick visit. Place is open and airy. Staff friendly.Had lunch. Ordered a pale ale and the hot chicken sandwich.With the sandwich came a side salad. Chose a garlic dill dressing. Wow ! That stuff was amazing. Salad wasn't some cheap iceberg lettuce either.Sandwich was great too. I enjoy when a place uses fresh ingredients. Pale ale was nice and crisp with a lil hop taste. Perfect with the sandwich.

It took me long enough to get here but I'm glad I finally did. Ignore anyone else on here complaining about price. You are coming here for a higher level quality of food that you would often find with a big city. Honestly, the price for what you are getting is a great for quality of the dishes. If you don't want to spend a lot, the burgers and sandwiches are just about the same price as any in town yet the taste here surpasses the other options. When you do want to have a nice date night, they also offer more expensive plates but they also are worth the price. The atmosphere is very comfortable and modern. It feels upper class and the high ceilings create a very open relaxing environment. The fact that it's brews its on tap as well and they are good should be the cherry on top of why everyone in the local area needs to try this place out.

This place is likely the best in town. Unfortunately my chicken strips were slightly undercooked so they were tough as leather and the coating fell off because of the slimy meat inside. Hopefully the cook pulls his/her head out of their ass before someone gets food poisoning. When in a small town I always order something deep fried to ensure no food Bourne illness. Just be advised and stick to beer and fries.

Really nice micro-brew pub with full bar and good food. Went here twice during a recent stay in Sierra Vista, and enjoyed both visits. In fact I wish we had a place like this around where I live.Typical of micro-breweries, they brew on-site and have a rotating beer menu. I thought they had some really interesting choices, and everything I tried was quite good. I particularly liked the Belgian trippel...smooth, not too hoppy, and had a clean finish. Not so typical of micro-breweries, this place has a full bar, including a very nice selection of whiskeys (pictured)!As for the food (and the service), where I read several negative reviews. I can only assume those negative reviewers were there during some growing pains for this apparently new-ish brew pub. Because during both my visits the food was very good, and the service was friendly and we had no issues. I tried four items: chicken strips, tortilla chips with salsa, fried chicken sandwich, and a burger. All were good, but I liked the fried chicken sandwich the best. Generous sized piece of chicken, moist, and coated in crunchy deliciousness. The burger was good, also very generously sized, my only complaint is I found the patties a bit dry (need meat with higher fat content)...but it was a tasty burger. Special note: I loved the green salsa with the chips; normally I don't care for green salsa (too vinegary), but this had a nice flavor, slightly sweet but also a comfortable spice level.If I lived anywhere near Tombstone Brewing Co., I would be there at least weekly. And if they ever come to northern AZ, I will be their first customer!!

Took a friend out to lunch shortly after opening on a Saturday. This time we sat at a table near the main door. I had a chicken Ceasars salad and my friend had fish and chips. My salad had plenty of chicken. My friend enjoyed his fish.Music was a little loud and I asked for it to be turned down. Our server complied. An hour later, with the dining area filling up, the music was barely audible.We each ordered two beers. I had the San Pedro Pils and later the Good Enough Blonde. The Blonde had good mouth feel. My friend had an Irish stout and then a West Coast IPA.Service by Cody was very good

It seems like it is in a remote warehousy area of the town which probably makes sense if they are brewing beer there. Inside it is pretty nice and there was a decent crowd. What surprised me the most was the quality of the food. It was fresh and delicious. The food server had told us that there was a new chef but regardless it left a good impression on me and I would consider going again or other locations if nearby.

Server was super friendly, food was amazing and the restaurant is big and clean. Came for lunch on a weekday and everything was great. Bummed it's so far from me but I would definitely return!

Great beertenders, who know the beer being served. Tombstone Brewing serves up some really tasty, well made and very solid beers. There is a wide selection, so whatever you like, IPAs, pale ales, ambers, sours, they have it. Guarantee your beer will be good. Unfortunately, I was not able to eat here, so this is bar experience only.

Love this place! The patio is our favorite but it seems to be booked every time we go in lol. Service is great and we enjoy the drinks and the menu.
