Brand new 60 bed Hospital and Emergency Room at Drexel and Houghton.1st day and my mom had to check in with an emergency. She was admitted as patient #2! Great staff and lots of attention. Escorted to elevator by the administrator! Mom is getting the best help! Beautiful new facility! State of the Art!

Horrible and totally useless! Did not obtain the requested records when I began with her. Did not order any of the proceedures required for my cancer, heart problems, actually nothing. Not one order for cheat xrays, follow up on my cancer nor anything else for that matter. I highy doubt she or her totally incompetant staff even bothered to obtain my extensive records from my prior doctos based upon the lack of any sorrt of follow up by Dr. Chan. She is involved with TMC One Rincon, which involves many hours of waiting on hold to speak to a person at a phone center plus they never follow up anything! Useless is much too kind. Dr. Chan is rude, ignorant and incompetent at levels I have not experienced in my 75 years! Stay far awway from Dr. Chan and certainly TC One..........

New building and Labcorp. Nice receptionist, checked in quickly. They are doing some construction when I was there. They said they are adding more doctor offices. In and out quickly. It's not crowed, clean, bright and plenty of parking.

Dr. Chan was the RUDEST, most CONDESCENDING, DISMISSIVE doctor I have EVER been to! I asked for an allergy shot, was told to "go to an allergist", asked about a low TSH test, she says "low normal! If you want a different answer, go to an naturopath". Wow! Has the bedside manner of a doorknob. I will go to urgent care before I EVER go back.

They cant help if u r dehydrated no one on staff that can give iv for they dont have any on premises a total waste of time and still have to go to er for help

I see Kim Isaac and she is awesome as is her MA Lacey. The front desk staff, Karen and Jazmine specifically cannot be more helpful and always smiling. I love coming here.

Beautiful new building with several primary providers they also have LabCorp and Radiology Ltd. They have Tucson Orthopaedic and physical therapy. Also Obstetrics & Gynecology those are the only offices that I am sure about. My primary is there and I just can't say enough about her she's great! Kathy McLeod FNP I also spent time in the lab and at Radiology. All the staff I encountered was very friendly. Really nice facility I'm very happy with my experience and I will be going there often they have everything I need

My family and I have been to this facility for years. On this very last visit it was my daughters 6 year well visit check. We were scheduled a year in advance to see our usual Dr when TMC called last minute to reschedule us with DR TAYLOR J DALSING. Our visit went like usual and nothing out of the ordinary was needed since this was a well visit check. A month later I receive a bill to pay a co payment in the amount of $30 even though we have BCBS FEP and our kids don't have a copayment on scheduled well visits.DR TAYLOR J DALSING marked my child's well visit as an office visit after we had left. When I called TMC billing department they told me that DR TAYLOR J DALSING made notes that made the charge occur. During my daughters appointment nothing was talked about outside of the norm.DR TAYLOR J DALSING is a pediatrician at the TMC Rincon location and we will never see her again since this incident and don't recommend her. The billing department and our insurance company both said doctors will do this often to score both the well visit check and the office visit payout. DR TAYLOR J DALSING tried to get both payments until TMC billing took off the well visit charge to my insurance (since they said the doctor can't charge for both even though DR TAYLOR J DALSING tried). After they removed the well visit charge they of course wanted the copayment of $30 even though they get lesser money in the end from the insurance and patient. I again addressed to them that this was a scheduled well visit check from a year in advance and not an office visit. They said due to the way DR TAYLOR J DALSING worded her notes the charge can't go away. I asked TMC what was written down in the notes and DR TAYLOR J DALSING wrote that she gave us two referrals and information on a nonexistent rash on my daughter (both of these things I never received. Also they couldn't tell me what kind of rash she wrote down, since there is no rash on my daughter so she couldn't diagnose anything). Most people don't even get billed for these things let alone mislead that they received this information from a doctor. I hope DR TAYLOR J DALSING's company addresses her mistake especially because they could've gotten a bigger payment from my insurance company if she would've just charged us the well visit check and not an office visit. I guess she thought she was going to get both. Thank goodness TMC billing and BCBS helped us stop this doctor from double billing. We never received an apology or a resolution on how to stop DR TAYLOR J DALSING from doing this again. We'll just be sure to not go back and tell as many people in Vail and Tucson as possible.

Cannot keep PCPs to save their life. Management is dismissive and employees are also micromanaged. If you want to establish with a great PCP and then get attached and have them leave within the year- this is the perfect spot.

Inability to keep doctors, sloppy record keeping and incorrect billing all rolled into one.I had an appointment to see Dr Cohen for the medicare wellness exam. I was told he "retired" and that Dr Vance would see me. When i arrived for the exam i was told Dr Vance is no longer there and i would see Dr Brown. He was pleasant enough and in the course of our conversation told me Dr Cohen did not retire but "quit" to go into the junk metal business. He then ventured his opinion that this place was losing money. Within 2 weeks of seeing Dr Brown i received a letter saying he is no longer with Tmc. This does not build confidence in the place.When i looked at the summary of my visit about half the information on the new patient form i filled out was incorrectly recorded. Dates mixed up-my birthday was listed as the date of several tests.Last but not least i received a notice that i was billed for a patient visit and NOT for the wellness exam-although the exam room was plastered with notices telling me this was a wellness exam-the bare minimum.All in all an experience so pitiful you have to laugh about it-except this is a medical facility dealing with patient's health. All i can say is keep away from this place- i cant imagine any other facility being this bad.
