Dr. Shen and staff are great. He is quick to respond in the Patient Portal and always gets my prescriptions made quickly. Blood work is done on site. Dr. Shen is very thorough in my annual evaluations.I definitely recommend TMC One Harrison.Gordon W.

The NP called me fat and kept saying to me in "when you lose weight" as if I wasn't actively trying. Tried to get a new doctor and have been waiting 2 months for a call back from a supervisor. As of yesterday, after waiting on hold 20 mins, no return call. I am out of anti depressant meds and they don't care.

I found this place because a friend referred me. It's a bit tough to rate because the service you get varies greatly depending on who you deal with. My doctor has ALWAYS been awesome (Dr Shen) and so has his medical assistant. The issue is when you have to call there. They seem extremely unprofessional and have no answers to anything. The only thing they do is say "you'll need to set an appointment." They don't seem to want to allow you to speak to a nurse or someone who seems to have some knowledge. It's kind of frustrating. The good thing is that they have early appointment times available as well as a mini lab for blood draws. If I was only rating Dr Shen, it would be 5 star. But overall this place is solid.

BUYER BEWARE! TMCOne and Connie Clary are absolutely horrid at what they do. They don't listen to their patients, the staff is rude and disrespectful, and their overall performance is seriously lacking.Clary discontinued my wife's medication, one that is critical to her ability to sleep. The excuse was that she was taking a contraindicated drug, which my wife was NOT on at the time that Connie discontinued the other. When we called to get help from the clinic, or get ahold of Clary, the response was that she was in clinic all day. She couldn't be bothered to respond to our needs. This medical clinic is hardly a step above low income Urgent Care clinics, except I've met friendlier staff at the DMV. DO NOT GO HERE FOR YOUR MEDICAL NEEDS!

I chose this office because it was very close to my home and although there was a long wait for new patients I was able to get in the same week they were very accommodating of my situation the office staff dr. Malagone took his time getting to know me. It was a great experience & my whole family will be going to this office

Wish I could leave a zero star. The front desk are so rude. Never try to help. I work at a medical facility and anyone at my work would be fired how rude they are. Just called this morning at 9am to ask about my medicine being send over, they said they did a long time ago and would have to resend it. No problem. So I call back at 1230 after calling pharmacy to see if it would be available, the lady put my on hold first, which she always does, it's to be expected. Then told me I would have to call back after 1 because the providers are at lunch. I just said,Ok. I'll call back AGAIN. NO RESPECT. NO COURTESY. She simply could have taken the note and passed it along since this was my second call. All I wanted was my Vitamine D. The girls up front should be let do. They are rude people. I get that you become jaded and frustrated doing the same thing everyday. But once you get to the pint where you could care less about the people that pay your check. time to find another job! Not my first bad experience either here. I have to say that my provider is amazing. The front office are the problem.

I wish there is a zero star! This was the worst nurse practitioner I have ever met (personally I prefer nurse practitioners because they usually pretty quick to resolve the issues). Katheryn Steinheber was terrible, either she cannot understand a word her patient says, or unethical, or both. She cares nothing about a patient's medical history or family medical history, not even the patient's wellbeing, she does not even care to put a patient's health in danger. I accompanied my daughter on her first visit, she asked for weight loss/diet program, and an OBGYN referral. Katherine insisted on acting like an OBGYN, saying that she could perform many of those instead and prescribing birth control pills -totally neglecting that it may cause her severe side effects. Katherine is not only unethical but also unprofessional. Avoid her - do not put your health in danger.

Doctor was so so his assistant was horrible couldn't figure out how to clean my ear out then I get a huge bill it would've been cheaper to go to urgent care. She couldn't figure out how to enter my information in to the computer. Horrible experience won't be back.

Please avoid this place like the Plague! This is the worst medical office I've EVER had the mis-fortune to to patronize! I was referred 2 MONTHS ago to a specialist for a routine colonoscopy. Tmc one NEVER faxed the referral to him! When I reminded them they sent a blank referral to ME! Not acceptable by my insurance company. I called a week after my consult with the GI dr. and had to speak with the office manager to get the legitimate referral faxed over to him.I neared the end of my refill for a VERY important medication so my pharmacy contacted the office over a week ago and tmc one IGNORED them until my medication RAN OUT! I AM NOW IN THE PROCESS OF TRYING TO GET ADDITIONAL REFILLS and they are ignoring ME! I have had FIVE PRIMARIES in the last 4 YEARS! This outfit treats their primaries with such disrespect that they quit before I've even seen them! My insurance company can't issue me a valid card because by the time they get the card to me the provider has QUIT!

I am someone that works in healthcare and I was very disappointed in this office. My whole family scheduled appointments at this location and each of us had different problems. I ended up going in about a month before my scheduled check up because I was sick. I have a long history with asthma so I also brought all my medical records. The front office did not want to take them. After going on steroids for the second time in one month and still not getting over my illness, I called a day before my scheduled appointment worried my illness would be more. I said if they couldn't get me in same day, I was OK to wait until my appointment the next day, but they said I could come in right away. I ended up waiting about 40 minutes until the front office lady told me they were over booked and couldn't see me that day. She said there was an opening at the Rita location if I wanted to go there instead. So I drove down and was seen there. The appointment was terrible however at the end of it, the nurse confirmed my upcoming appointment but said she was canceling it since I was already being seen there. Then a couple months later, I thought I would call and see if I could get a regular check up at this location. I was told that since I missed an appointment, I was no longer their patient. I asked which appointment was missed and it was of course the one that the Rita location said they canceled. I explained the situation, the receptionist put me on hold and then came back on to repeated herself that I was no longer their patient but that I could be seen at a different location. This back and fourth continued until I finally asked for the office manager. She took down my number but I never received a call. Of all my years working in healthcare, and my mom's years as a nurse, we have never heard of an office doing something like this. In addition, more problems arose for my father and my brother with their appointments. I do not recommend to anyone.
