If there was a zero, that's what I'd give Ashley the NP a Zero grade. Staff was kind and patient, but not Ashley.First visit was at the end of November. I was told by Ashley that the plan was to get records from my current provider, start me in pain meds, and see her December 21. We talked specific dosages.Fast forward three weeks. I show up to the follow up with Ashley, and I'm told the records hadn't shown up. And she asked me if we'd met before!? Holy shit, don't you read your notes?!Fine, I leave, and arrange, again, to have records sent to TMC. I call on Friday January 6, and was told that the records had been received and that Ashley would call me right back, she was with a patient. No call. I call Monday (today), and after a 15 minutes on hold, Ashley gets on the line. She tells me she's reviewed records and won't treat me. Because...and is the best part...she tells me that she can't treat me because of an overdose history. I pressed her, and she admitted that the records didn't actually say that. I have zero history of overdose. She hemmed and hawed, despite being confronted with a lie. Then, she tells me that she had consistently told me that it was not likely that she would treat me with medication, an absolute bold faced lie. No reason given, just that "there's too much inconsistency. Like what I ask. She hangs up on me. I have been a Chronic pain patient for years, and have never been treated like this. I've had around 20 surgeries, and was adjudicated permanently disabled from my work as an attorney, due to chronic pain, by an SSDI judge, in 2014. When I saw Ashley in November, I told her that I have pages and pages of scans available to her at the radiology limited site. She has access. I doubt she ever read them.Stay very very far from this place. I am not a close case, and I was refused treatment on the basis of pure lies.

I went to have an injection By Dr. Siddiqui. Absolutely made my problem worse! The bedside manner is none existent. After complaining, I was treated with disrespect."Well, what do you want" So I was referred to another doctor. He was rude, abrupt and I feel like I was a liar. Also said the pain is coming from my back, which I know it is not.He looked unkept and had dirty shoes on. Hmm I would never go there again.

Dr. Siddiqui is the worst doctor I have ever seen in my life. I went to a pain manager to manage my pain but he didn't manage my pain. I saw him three times and he never came up with other options to help me since the medicine he gave me wasn't helping me. Then on the final visit he said "I can't help you" then discharged me from his patients. Rude and no bedside manners at all. The only back injection he gave me didn't work my spine surgeon said I should gave stela's the two and Dr. Siddiqui didn't follow my spine surgeon orders when I told him about them after they were in my file and he disregarded it like my spine surgeon wasn't important.

My first appt was with Dr Berens. As I was going to have injections to see if that helped. My condition is a little unusual so, the injections did not help. I was then referred to Dr Abraham. He is very kind and patient. He has been trying to help me manage my pain and continues to work with me. I love the staff too always friendly.

Stay away from this place and especially Dr. Siddiqui. He is very unprofessional and misdiagnosed me. He then caused additional suffering by doing procedures that were very painful and of no benefit to me . He has ZERO compassion or empathy for any of his patients and immediately assumes you are a drug seeker. So unless you enjoy being dehumanized , misdiagnosed , and have painful unnecessary procedures just so he can line his pocket. Just read their reviews. Probably one of the worst PM clinics in town.

My husband has a regular visit for his Tramadol refill every 3 months. He got a bills from TMC Medical Network for provider fee $280 and another bill from TMC for "special observation room" fee for $337. The whole total of visit was $617. He didn't even had pain injection, just sat and waited for the doctor to come in and agreed to refill the medication for 3 months then left. How come they ripped people that much. Run away from this rip off pain clinic!!!!!

If I could give a rating of zero, I would. 1/24/2024I am a patient at TMC Integrative Pain Center, Dr. Berens. I received a nerve block injection in my cervical spine in mid-December 2023. I was scheduled to receive a second injection on January 2, 2024. My appointment was scheduled for 10:30am. I got there at 10:15am. I stood in line for about 10 minutes. When I was able to check-in, I was told that my appointment needed to be rescheduled because my insurance did not approve the procedure. I was then told that someone called me to tell me that the appointment needed to be rescheduled. I told the receptionist that no one had called me. When I checked my phone, I noticed I got a call from the clinic while I was standing in line to check-in. I let the receptionist know this. She acted very indifferent. I was rescheduled for a month out. I asked the receptionist to please see if I could come in sooner because I am experiencing very bad pain. She told me that she would call me if there was a cancellation. I was scheduled for January 24, 2024, On January 22, 2024, I received a call from the clinic staff. I was told that my appointment needed to be rescheduled because my insurance did not approve the procedure. When I asked why, the receptionist would not answer the question. I called my insurance company to inquire about why they keep denying the claim. I was told that the doctor's note is improperly written and does not substantiate the procedure. I called the clinic back. I was told that the doctor's note mentions the issue with my cervical spine but then goes on to give some information about my lumbar spine. I pleaded with the receptionist to please have the doctor correct the note and resubmit the claim. I also asked her why it was not corrected at the first denial, and why they would resubmit the same information without the necessary corrections. The receptionist would not answer my question. I went to the clinic today, 1/24/2024, for a different appointment. My appointment was at 9:30am. I arrived at 9:30am and was told that I needed to reschedule because I was late. The receptionist told me that if I am not 15 minutes early, then I am late. When I asked the receptionist to show me this in a written policy, she provided a policy that states, "Patients arriving after their scheduled check-in time will be rescheduled at the discretion of the provider and clinical staff." I explained to the receptionist that my scheduled check-in time is 9:30am, the time of my scheduled appointment. The receptionist made no comment. So, I had to reschedule this appointment. Then, I had to reschedule for the injection. My new date is February 26, 2024. When the receptionist told me this, I began crying because I must wait another month and endure excruciating neck pain due to the clinic's error. After I walked away from the window, another patient of the doctor I was going to see for my injection pulled me to the side just outside the door. She stated that the clinic wrote the same exact erroneous doctor's note for her cervical spine injection. She stated she waited three weeks after her insurance denied the procedure before she was able to get her injection. She stated she too has excruciating pain that was exacerbated by the clinic's error. This office has shown itself to be incompetent and unclear in its policies.

I went to this place for pain relief about 3 months ago after 10 years of pain "treatment" elsewhere. I was being treated with 100 mg of Tramadol per day, which was very helpful, but because of the unwarranted fear of the opioid crisis they decided to do injections in my lower back instead, which were very painful. I stopped "treatment" after 2 injections because they were making my back pain worse. Then they cut off my Tramadol and "fired" me from their practice for "non-compliance". WTF? Due to the invasive injections they made me go through, I have become significantly worse, and unable to do the things I used to be able to do, such as clean my house, shower without assistance , work in my garden, sleep at night, or even walk down the street unassisted. They have ruined my life. Unfortunately, this is the way pain treatment has become in this country, and wherever you go, you will get the same mistreatment unless you are rich.

I've been gaining treatment at TMC integrative pain and Dr Siddiqui and staff. I have been very pleased. Everyone is friendly, professional, kind, caring, and helpful. Dr Siddiqui listens, and made suggestions that no other pain mgmt doc did. I feel cared for. The facilities are not as fancy as some, but they're clean and in good repair. That's what I need.

I made an appointment with them and it was a few months away, which is bad enough. But then I must have missed the appointment without realizing it and had ended up going to another clinic that got me in within a week or so. My fault I forgot, I get that! But down the road I wanted to switch clinics, so called them about possible new patient appointment, and I was told a little rudely that because I missed an appointment that I could never be seen there. What?? I didn't intentionally miss it! But to never be a patient because of a reason like that? I'm human and make mistakes! WOW! Just WOW!!
