Update a Year later. It has been a good experience with Titan. The fees are included in our HOA monthly dues, like the pool service. Titan just let us know thru the HOA that trash and recycling are moving to Monday's. They will have two different Trucks for pick up, they report. Actually it's more simple if they do continue with a single day for service.

Terrible customer service. Nobody ever answers the phone, and if you try to message through the website, there is no place to just reach customer support. If you text, the response is rude. No address found, so you can't get face to face either.My cans were stolen mid day on collection day. They are not labeled with a Titan logo or any ID, so they're a landscaper or criminal's dream. We are being charged to deliver new cans, per an email.If I was allowed by my HOA to drop them, I would.

I had their "service" for 4 weeks. They missed my pickup 3 times. I canceled them. It took over two weeks for them to pickup their container. So I had to store it.Start up was over $72.42.Now they want to charge me another $40.96 for picking up their container.Terrible service, I had to wait on the phone report their missed pickup.

Titan has been great service for years. We live in a gated community and the gate opening has had many problems in the past and the pickup guys now just park out side and climb over the gate to get our trash bags.Please pass this on to your driver the gate code is #8241.Titan doesn't answer any phone calls so no way to pass any messages to them. We signed up for service a few months back. They have been timely and a good value. However they have not picked up our trash now for 2 weeks. I have called and left messages and also reached out online and have not gotten any response! Online it says the acct # does not exist, yet I've had service for months! It may be a billing issue since my card was stolen but I can not reach anyone to resolve the issue! Trash is Now overflowing I would like to continue my service but may have to go elsewhere.....

Before you sign up with this company, CALL THEM. You'll get a recording asking you to leave a message. You'll NEVER HEAR BACK once you're a customer.This company DOES NOT call existing customers back. I've been a customer for a year, and they tried to greatly overcharge me. I've called and left many messages but NEVER HEAR BACK.Terrible customer service.

I've have left messages for 3 MONTHS now to pay my bill or get my account number to pay it online. NO RETURN TO MY CALLS. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Now this morning my trash wasn't picked up. The truck stopped, sat there a minute, then moved on. When I checked the dumpsters (2) they were not emptied. I run a business from my home and Titan's lack of professionalism is causing me problems. How hard is it to answer calls or return messages?If you want hit and miss billing, multiple phone calls to be ignored for 3 months, no way to even look up your account number online, then your service stopped without notice, this company is for you!
