Here's a more polished and engaging version of your review: ---Nestled in the Foothills, this wine bar is a hidden gem worth visiting. I finally stopped by with a friend, and we had a fantastic time. Their wine selection is impressive, offering something for every palate, along with a small but well-curated selection of beers and snacks. We opted for the 26-month-aged Gouda ($6) paired with the olive oil flatbread crackers ($5), and both were excellent--rich, flavorful, and perfect for sipping alongside our wine. The ambiance was warm and inviting, with impeccable décor that added to the relaxing atmosphere. However, the service left something to be desired. It took about eight minutes before anyone acknowledged us, and when I approached the bar to ask for a menu, the server seemed irritated. It felt like they might have been understaffed, which was a bit disappointing. Overall, despite the service hiccup, the quality of the wine, food, and atmosphere made it a worthwhile experience. I'd return, hoping for a smoother service next time.

We saw this place randomly in the area opposite a supermarket we were at, and dropped in the following day (the day after Christmas - they were having a pajama party)! We had a great time! It's fairly new so not a ton of people were there but we were immediately greeted by a super welcoming staff of two ladies who were very knowledgeable about wine from multiple regions around the world. They made great suggestions about what on their list we might like based on our personal preferences, and they weren't above offering a small taste to ensure we'd enjoy a glass. We really had a great time here not just having a glass, but also chatting about wine regions in Italy, France, Spain, Germany, California, and the Finger Lakes in NY. One of the hostesses has been around the world and her wine knowledge shines through as a result! We only visit Tucson once a year but this was a real highlight and we're sure to return!

We went on the grand opening evening of Tinajas, and I look forward to going back! The space is very chic, combining art deco touches with more organic elements like plants and a waterfall behind the bar. It'd be a great place for a holiday happy hour! They've got wines and beers on tap, as well as a bottle shop, and some snacks -- think charcuterie elements -- on the menu. The night we were there, a food truck was parked outside too! It would be a great pre- or post-dinner place to chat and unwind. The staff was friendly, but definitely slammed when we visited (the grand opening was PACKED). They seemed knowledgeable about their wines, and happy to give suggestions. I've already told a few friends about it, so I'll definitely be back there soon!

Such a cute wine bar perfect for a girls night or date night! Went here with a friend and had a wonderful time. The server was nice and professional. I ordered the rose and enjoyed it! We had dinner before cause we thought they didn't have food but they do have appetizer type food. I was surprised they had bidets in their restrooms cause I've never seen them before in any bar/restaurant in Tucson. It was also unique but neat that the frame around the bathroom doors light up when people are using it. Love that it's women-owned and can't wait to go back sometime!

I'm so stoked that there is a chic wine bar with a great selection of wines on the east side of Tucson! I came here on a Saturday evening to catch up with a friend over a glass of wine. We sat at the couches that has a table with an ice bucket hidden in the center. The bartender/server came over quickly with water and menus. The menu has well-thought-out tasting notes and lists a celebrity or fictional character that fits the wine at the end--- so fun! I got a red blend that was delicious I would have ordered a bottle if it was that kind of night haha. Definitely will be back because I love the vibe: it felt relaxed yet sexy and intimate, cozy yet elevated. Hard to describe but you'll just have to check it out for yourself. They do have beer, small bites, and a small selection of NA options as well. Oh and the bathroom has a bidet!

Fascinatingly decorated, almost transports you to a different world. The snacks, wine selection, ambiance, service are absolutely on point. Glad to have met the owner matt too. Prices are very reasonable. Very well-rounded place to sit back.

Stopped by for an after dinner drink - lovely atmosphere, cozy seating and bar seating. You are able to taste the wines and they help pinpoint which one you might like best- I'm a fruit forward gal. They also have beer - my husband who is a Guinness snob said that he had the best stout there - Evil Twin brewery's 'need more Jesus' stout !
