I've been taking our two year daughter to Timeless Play since they've opened the Oro Valley location! The staff greet Everly by name and are genuinely excited she is there which warms this mama's heart! Despite our daughter going through her "Terrible 2's" separation anxiety from mama at drop offs, the staff make her transition to playtime easy and also make sure throughout her stay to reassure a nervous mama that's she having fun and doing okay giving her those extra attention she needs right now! When I pick her up the staff share all the adorable stories about what she did during her stay and are as excited as she was by the fun! It's so wonderful knowing I can take my daughter to a safe place where she will have a blast while I get those precious few hours to do some non-kiddo friendly activities! I wanted to quickly share how I am continually impressed by Trusting Connections Nanny Agency and Timeless Play. Not only did they find us the perfect full time nanny who has been with us 18 months now but in the rare instance when she's sick, they've also come to the rescue to help us with backup care. Today was one of those days. I was in desperate need of backup care due to our nanny being out sick and I had to get to a last minute Dr apt. I emailed timeless play for a last minute 2 hour time slot and they got back to me within 2-3 mins! I was able to quickly drop my boys off and know they were cared for while I attended my apt. They had a great time! Shortly after picking them up, I learned our nanny needs to be out for 2 additional days to recover so I quickly called Trusting Connections for backup full-time nanny care. Julianne immediately jumped on it and quickly found us two trusting nannies that could help me out last minute. If you guys haven't used their services, I highly recommend it. I love, love love Timeless Play! It's a wonderful, clean facility with plenty of things to do for kids. The staff is amazing and welcoming. It's so convenient and I love that they offer fun activities for special events too. I would definitely recommend it for anyone with young kiddos.

Both locations are amazing. All The girls are amazing with my son, and it's so convenient when I'm in a pinch for care or just want some quality time to reset. We have been members for about two years now and have nothing but great things to say. I highly recommend to all my mama friends and family. My husband and I have dropped our 18 month old daughter off here a few times, and we love it! Our daughter loves it too!The staff is very friendly, warm, professional and always provides a helpful recap of how our daughters time was there. They return her to us with a fresh diaper and offer snack time a few times within a four hour period.They even offer early evening services on Fridays and Saturdays until 8pm which is nice if you need an early dinner out without the kiddoes. The space is beautiful, clean, and there are lots of toy options for the kiddoes to play with. I'd highly recommend!
