I went to Tilly's to get my daughter some shoes, there was very friendly helpful people from the time I walked in. Its amazing to go to a place that has great customer svc. Ariana is awesome. Keep up the great work

I love the brands selection that Tilly's has. BUT this particular store (store 91) I will never be visiting again. VERY POOR customer service and the employees are very unprofessional. I used to come here all the time, and it's almost a 100% guarantee that you're going to hear some "F-words'' and other obscene language from the Tilly's employees when they speak to each other casually. It's honestly something I learned to ignore every time I went there.The reason I will never ever shop here again is because of the 'manager' whose name is Daniella. I was trying to make a return on a shirt I purchased and I only had the receipt but not the tag. Other stores would gladly make a return for at least store credit, but she did not. From the beginning, she was completely rude and snobby. So it obviously set a negative tone of conversation. I asked to speak with the store manager (Her boss) and I got an eye roll as she slammed the work schedule on the counter. Then she ever so rudely told me when the manager would be in so that I could speak with her. Maybe she was having a bad day? I don't know.. but she is the reason that I will not shop here anymore and in my honest opinion she should not hold a management position. It's really sad that I will now avoid this store because of the negativity of the employees. When I shop I expect to have fun, so If you like tilly's like I do, I strongly suggest that you do not come to this store or Try other stores like Vans, pacsun, and zumiez.

Terrible customer service. Employee had daughter walking around and never greeted or helped me. Always get dirty looks and attitude when I walk in there. The atmosphere of relaxation and fun is always ruined in there.
