Wow! I had stellar service working with Erin D. From Tierra Antigua. She made the entire process of buying a home so enjoyable and easy! She is extensively knowledgeable about the community, the different home builders, and community concerns. She is up to date on the latest strengths and weaknesses of an area or home development. She also has a wealth of knowledge and resources available. She works hard to get to know her clients so she can help you find exactly what you are hoping for. She responds quickly and gets your questions answered in a timely manner. Excellent service!

Bruce Schulman is incredible! I wouldn't be in my new house if it wasn't for him. Professional, attentive, responsive, Bruce doesn't just find or list homes, he's like a precision heart surgeon who monitors everyone from the doctors to the janitors. I have learned two lessons: 1) If Bruce says it, then do it, and 2) If you need support from painters and plumbers to movers and house cleaners - take his advice! I would award 10 stars if Yelp offered them!

This is the Tierra Antigua's Northwest office located on the corner of Oracle and Magee on the Northeast corner. The office is beautiful and the staff are quite helpful. We began working with Mike Sturgis of Tierra Antigua recently and I must say if you're looking for a professional who has your best interests in mind you needn't look any further. Mike has been nothing but exceptional throughout the looking/offering process. He is always responsive to calls, texts, and emails. I'd recommend him and the staff at Tierra Antigua group to anyone.

Purchased a home in July from Candice she was the seller realtor. My realtor was great. But Candice should not do flips. If it not one thing it's other on this house. And she won't get with you. Called to talk to her manager pretty much the same. So be careful. They tried to pay me to be quiet about the service I got from Tierra

This review is on a (agent) of Tierra Antigua Realty!Unprofessional and inconsiderate agent (Dawn Elliot) with Tierra Antigua, she's a rude, naive and arrogant young agent with huge hutzpah that couldn't care less about neighbors on either side of a house she's selling, she doesn't get the concept of knocking on a neighbors door as a Curtesy to place a sign in front of their house or moving a strangers trash cans two doors down without asking because she has a huge case of (assumes) that everyone on the planet knows her and gives her carte Blanche to do whatever she feels like when it isn't involving the direct house she's selling.This young ladies arrogance and blatant assumptions are shockingly unbelievable and she needs a serious refresh on being a good considerate neighbor/Agent and she also assumes every neighbor has a perfect relationship with each other which is insane, except maybe in training manuals or literature used to train realtors.Then when she's approached and confronted about her arrogant inconsiderate actions she can barely stand to be interrupted and spoken to like how dare you bother me type attitude that can't listen to a complaint about (her) actions and even come close to getting a clue that she might have just poked a hornets nest with neighbors that might not be as lovey dovey as she assumes everyone is, it's shocking to the lack of consideration she has for neighbors of surrounding houses.Hey Dawn, if you can't get a clear picture of your listing from the street, how about work around it or try another day other than trash day to take your street view pictures and keep your paws off other peoples property without asking first, it's not rocket science kiddo.This young woman acts as if she's a owner or landlord of the entire neighborhood and everyone else can just deal with her pushy inconsiderate arrogance.When confronted she says, oh they are probably fine with it like some spoiled child, wow what hutzpah on this youngster, sooner or later Karma will probably adjust that attitude and all the while it Makes Tierra Antigua look really bad because it's their name she is umbrellaed under as a contractor I'm sure.

Els Woutersen helped me tremendously when she sold my house for the asking price. She accommodated my needs and went many extra miles to take care of my house and make sure it was safe and clean during the selling process. No detail goes unnoticed or undone. I appreciated her hard work and calm, cheerful demeanor. I requested service that was above and beyond the norm and she certainly DELIVERED.

Els Woutersen is the BEST agent my husband and I have ever worked with--and we've bought and sold a lot of houses over the years and all over the country. We lived out-of-state and saw a house in Tucson we loved. Els handled everything for us quickly and efficiently--helping us to get to Tucson quickly for a viewing; place the winning bid (there were multiple offers) without spending more than we needed to; setting up and guiding us through all the inspections; and ensuring a seamless closing. Since we have moved in, she has helped us locate honest and reliable businesses to handle repairs, landscaping, pool maintenance, housekeeping, etc. She is incredibly knowledgeable about Tucson, about bidding strategies, and about the real estate market. We highly recommend her--especially if you are new to the Tucson area and need more than average guidance. She's AMAZING!

We have had a horrible time with the unethical realtors at this office. They have totally misrepresented the property we purchased, lied and mislead us. They are underhanded, hiding the fact the seller, seller's agent and broker are actually the owners of the property and owners of the company doing the "flip" on the property.They provided us with bogus repair receipts for work not done for which we have proof and are now refusing to respond. Naturally, the same individual owns the bogus repair company.

I have purchased two properties with Rhonda Valentino; I can't say enough about how wonderful she has been!!! Both professionally and personally, she has provided our family with great service and compassionate understanding advise! Terrific, wonderful and very honest!!

Mike Sturgis did a great job for us in helping to sell our house. We were selling from out-of-state and probably needed a bit more hand holding than most folks. Mike rose to the occasion, providing excellent counsel and referrals to helpful resources. He was great in getting back to us with our questions - and even post sale, was very helpful in providing helpful reminders (e.g. call and cancel insurance). I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone in the Tucson area.
