Store is clean and well stocked. They even have the rounds of longhorn cheese. Yummy. They have a good meat selection. Will be back!

Large, independent grocery store. In addition to the standard line of national products, they also carry many local and regional brands, including Safford-produced Doc Holladay soda and Mi Casa tortillas. They have a large deli with several restaurant quality items. It is also so nice that they always have more than enough registers operating to get you out quickly.

The only reason I went to Thriftee was to get my cauliflower, I'm from out of town and when I walked in the door with my SERVICE dog, I was met immediately by a lady that told me I couldn't bring her in, there was a sign saying no dogs allowed, I told her it was a service dog, she said my dog had to be wearing something that identified her as such. I suggest you have your employees read and review the ADA regarding what can and can't be said or asked. My dog does not need any identifying clothing, nor do I have to show documentation saying she is. You can only ask 2 questions, Am is disabled and does my dog preform a service for me. She made a lot of excuses, and refused to listen to anything I said. I sent my friend out with my dog because I was only in for one item and I was on a schedule, if I lived there I would have stood my ground. I will no longer step foot in your store, not only because of the humiliation and discrimination I encountered but because I need my dog with me for help. Read the Americans with Disabilities Act.
