We usually get my daughter's Nissan serviced at Jim Click as it is closer to our home. Thoroughbred not only got us a much earlier appointment but also did an oil change along with the recall. The entire thing probably took 1.5 hours. Had it been at Jim Click, they would've had the vehicle all day. It's a longer drive but worth it, service staff was great. All around good experience.

Well a final update: My truckHad a throttle control screw that had worked its way loose. Something you can only discover by a professional diagnosis. But to get to the screw and put it all back together was the Additional labor. A winner. No parts needed. An overview by one of the few Vintage Truck mechanics in Town. I can pick it up tomorrow for less than half of my personal WAG of the $ result. Thanks TN for your assistance. They are near the corner of 22nd and Swan. On the North side of 22 Nd. A Good Result I Say.

Sadly I have to update my previous rating due to poor customer service from the maintenance department. They never , and I mean through multiple vehicles, want to uphold their warranty policy. Also, the manager Michael has called me a liar on more than one occasion, raised his voice to me and laughed in my face. Very unprofessional and I will not be giving them by future business.

Avoid this place at all cost . They are rip off artist. They tried to sell me a 16k dollar car for four 25k . They are trying to take advantage of the car shortage by charging way above msrp. I have good credit and was pretty approved by my bank . They had 3700 in dealer ad ons 2000 for market adjustment. Do not believe their lies the MSRP on 2020 versa is under 16k .the have the car at 20k MSRP on their website plus dealer ad ons and market adjustment .

I bought a multiple oil change package for my Nisson Sentra from Thoroughbred Nissan. I got 2 oil changes and when I went to get a remaining oil change they said the time period expired and they would not honor my purchase. I was not told about the time limit. total deception. Jacob at Thourobred Nissan was a great salesman and provided a good purchase experience for my wife and I.Because of previous experience at other dealership Jacob was at a loss from the start with my surly attitude, yet put up wth me anyway. He was kind, informative, patient and knowledgeable, when I asked him a question he couldn't answer he said so, then went and got the answer for us. We ended up with a new car, that is nice, comfortable and within our established budget. Robert the GM offered to come pick us up at home so we were able to drive off the lot when all was said and done... Great job Jacob, Robert and David. Thank you, giving away money is hard enough, you folks made it just a little easier. Hats off.

I have a 2006 Nissan Frontier which I love. I'm a do-it-yourself type for the most part...oil changes, brakes, filters, etc. but there are bigger jobs that i need help with. Brought my truck in because the check engine light was on, the ABS light was on, and the oil pressure was pegged at maximum.I told the service writer the oil pressure sensor was bad as this truck is known for that, so I asked for a price on replacing it. She agreed with me that's what it was (it indicates positive pressure with the engine off so it's definitely an electronic problem). 180 diag for the abs, and 180 diag for the check engine light because they're separate. Okay sure. Diag cost goes to the repair, it's fine.I get the bill...they dinged me an additional 180 to diagnose the sensor when I told them what it was and the AGREED with me. And they broke my hood prop. The head is snapped off.I get it. It's fine. The diag...whatever. The hood prop was the last straw. I called and they said their tech added it to the list of concerns so they are not responsible...and yes he most certainly did add it to the list of concerns. AFTER he broke it. I literally had the hood up three days before I brought the truck in. I KNOW it was fine. It's bent now and the end is snapped clean off. These are the same clowns who every time I bring my truck in quote me a transmission flush and filter. It's a MANUAL. It requires a drain-and-fill. They literally drive it around the lot using the clutch and shifter and then quote me a trans flush and filter.ITS JUST A HOOD PROP. Probably cost them $30, I'd have installed it myself, but no. And so here we are.I will not be back.ETA: the under-hood insulation is now torn and loose and held on by zip ties rather than the plastic clips. WHAT DID YOU DO TO MY TRUCK

Do not bother trying them. Is been warned, but figured it would be ok. Wrong.I scheduled an appointment online two weeks ago, entering all information (VIN, mileage, what service and recalls needed to be performed). I arrived today to learn that (a) they didn't have parts on hand to deal with one of the recall issues, and (b) it didn't matter anyway because this is the scheduled day off for the guy who is certified to work on my car. Seems like two weeks lead notice is enough time for them to notice this and keep me from wasting my morning around this service.
