Good food, friendly service nice and hommy place with a lot of games in house. Easy parking.

Service was great- so wanted to start there.Food was good. Wings were hot and yummy. Ugly sandwich was good. Burgers nicely done.Now the bad part: They bought this electronic golf game in the back room....and moved it right next to the tables, and all we could hear was 2 (clearly drunk) loud guys swearing as they played. It was really offensive. Disappointing that they didn't keep that game in the corner where it belongs - if patrons aren't going to behave. Not the first time we have experienced this. This is one of our weekly restaurants, but we will definitely avoid that back room.

I recommend this restaurant for dine in only. I have ordered for delivery in the past and the quality is not there. Today I had the experience of delivering from the restaurant and understand more about their issues. Delivery orders are not a priority.

We went in for lunch on a recommendation. The waitress was soo nice and friendly. The place has such a nice local easy going vibe to it. The food was delicious and huge portions. Will we go back?? Heck yes! Have to try some of their other meals!

Just an update to my last review from a while ago. This local sports bar/restaurant every Friday night all you can eat fish. You can get it baked or fried. It was very busy since the special was currently going on. The staff did a decent job keeping the fish coming since it was busy.

Food is alright. It's good but nothing to rave about. I got the appetizer sampler with fried green beans, fried ravioli and jalapeño poppers. My mom got the pork tenderloin sandwich and I got the fish and chips meal. My mom said the pork tenderloin sandwich is better in Iowa. Appetizers were okay, a little over fried and the fish and chips was really good. Great French fries. Serice was very fast and waitress was really nice.

I'm honestly surprised by the low stars. At first glance it just seems like an old folks bar, but the FOOD my goodness. I had a Turkey special with everything you could have for thanksgiving, they even have dickmans ugly steak! If you know, you know. The burgers are also amazing and well done. This waitress is wonderful too, she had the whole restaurant on her service and I never felt neglected at all she always checked on us and kept our drinks full. Don't sleep on this hidden gem because I did.

Thirsty's is one of my favorite burgers in Tucson. And the ugly steak burger is amazing as well. Everything they prepare is like home cooked but better. I hope they don't change a thing. It's that good. I'll send an update on the wings, I'm waiting for my dinner to arrive! Thank you Thirsty's!

(First review... ever)If you think former president Trump staged his attempted assassination and he and the secret service allowed two Americans to be killed and two others critically injured, you will absolutely LOVE Thirsty's! (That's what the staff and owner talk about in front of patrons.)Neighborhood bars shouldn't be conspiratorial or political or religious, and I ain't no Trumper. I just want beer without the political rhetoric, even though it's their place and they can say whatever they want. But I ain't going back.In all fairness, beer was cold and inexpensive, and the service by the bartender was awesome.

I live right behind this bar on Shade Tree Circle. I babysat ONE drink waiting for my girlfriend to join me, and the bar tender I was working with was wonderful, however she clocked out and when my girlfriend arrived the new bartender that clocked in pretended that he had been watching me and cut me off needlessly. I sat there with the same drink for 2 HOURS. Needless to say this is the jankiest of dive bars I have ever had the displeasure of going to. It sucks because I have always wanted to patronize this bar seeing that I live right behind it. However, they are not welcoming to newcomers and will cut you off after 1 drink because they aren't familiar with you. Hope this helps others who have had a hard day and would just like to go to a bar and have a drink... DONT GO TO THIS ONE.
