I'm a new resident of only 4 days and I just got out of the hospital on the 4th day because my lungs have been filled with dirt, unknown particles, more from the missing air filter to the HVAC. I had no idea after walking to the office and still being my kind self on a major respiratory issue asked that they come place a missing air filter (which takes 2 minutes), that they would refuse and claim it non-emergent, as it is Saturday and the emergency maintenance crew only comes for emergencies....which this is; I spent the day at the hospital being treated and the hospital attempted to reach this complex but they were closed.As I'm brand new to Tucson, with all my family/friends/support over 8 hours away, I have to wait til Monday to reach all the proper authorities, etc....and still have to live in this unit with half the wall ripped out and can't use my ax/heater (emergency, but apparently not to this complex).I may have to return to the hospital tomorrow.DO NOT REMT HERE; I've never gone through NOR been treated like this in my entire adult life; there's just no reason nor explanation.**UPDATE- it took pulling teeth, but the emergency maintenance, Noah, finally responded at 730pm ( after these 4 days and absolute rubbish), and came at 9pm, AND, after initial observation, instantly began apologizing, stating the office told him COMPLETELY DIFFERENT information- as if I was simply asking for an air filter change (which, yes, is non emergent), instead I had NO air filter and my wall ripped open and could not use my heater and was in the hospital...he apologized several times, and such, but definitely this will not end here.NEWEST UPDATE**- After briefly sitting down with The property manager to discuss and understand the matter, property manager Kirsten stands behind all staff's behavior and actions and proudly made known to me that at this property and company a missing air filter and the loss of heat/ac (no heat nor ac) is NOT an emergency maintenance repair.So everyone, beware if this company, Rincon Partners-they also are harassing me with violations (that did not occur) claiming I was demanding and threatening when I simply asked to understand why they would refuse emergency maintenance and I stated ONCE that in verbal and written notification that if they do not repair this issue immediately that there are legal repercussions.

I'm going on year 3 here at the community and although we've had management changes over the past several years, the new team is really great with their communication and the way they run the property. We have monthly events which is so fun and a way to meet your neighbors. Mays event was a nacho bar. They're great at sending out emails if we have projects happening in the community. For example, they just recently repaved the blacktop in May and although the parking can be a pain for a few days during that time, it badly needed the attention. I don't have any issues with my neighbors at this current time and I have before so I definitely know what it is like having to deal with that and the office was able to help me in that aspect by reaching out to my past neighbors and explaining dates and times when the noise would occur. I really like it here and until I can buy a home, this is where I'll happily stay.

I moved in not too long ago. My lease at my old place wasn't over, I was just dropping my stuff off slowly and organizing as I went to make this move less stressful. I came home over the weekend and the door was unlocked. I had received an email the week prior about maintenance just having to check a few things at my new place so I assumed it was them. I was mistaken, my place was broken into and almost everything I had was stolen. I reached out to management and was informed it wasn't them leaving my place unlocked since they (conveniently) didn't end up going in after all. What ended up happening is that since their maintenance is full of incompetent people, my windows did not have locks that work so they were able to just open the windows and let themselves in(supposedly). Now management is taking no responsibility over their mistakes, the windows were "secured" and now are locked and unable to be opened but this should have been done/checked before I was even given the keys to my apartment. Would I recommend this place? Not in a million years. This has been my experience so far and I have been in this place for only a month. I asked to speak with corporate and it's been over a week since the incident and nothing, I had to call back and ask for the corporate number and no one answered so I left a VM. This is the kind of treatment you will be getting if you move here.

Don't even want to give them one star. My daughter has lived here for the past three months, and it is the worst place to live! They do not care about their residents! Talk to anyone that lives there before you rent from here! My daughters upstairs neighbor had mold in her apartment for two months before they did anything about it. My daughter had ants along with her other neighbors around her and they actually had to treat it themselves. The apartments would not, Nor did they care.. Also security around that place is very lacking! It's supposed to be a good area, but it's not. My daughter heard gunshots multiple times in the three months that she lived there. Would not recommend!

I got the typical answer from someone that doesn't even know me that says they have the highest standards and boy do they fail I came to Meb because they did but they don't! I knew more gossip about the people before I moved in from the leasing agent! now she's moved her family in, there's trash all over the place, there's laundry hanging, they are the children that get marijuana from the neighbor one the corner, the mom of 3. Someone tore up the dirt through mud all over the place all over the barbecue grill there's they get into trouble doing stuff because they have ADHD and their untreated they told me I don't know why that is if I had a kid that had ADHD they'd be on something so Meb you have no clue what's going on and your grounds are not meticulous by any means you kicked out the wrong person as usual

Security is horrible. Everyone in the office is rude. They don't apologize for inconveniences or misplace of paperwork. Then turn around and blame it on everything else. And then belittle you and make you feel like a horrible person. Very unprofessional and unkind. I would not recommend this property or any other Meb property to anyone.

My neighbor plays her music so loud and nothing is getting done about it. I've been dealing with this for four months i've been emailing I i even called two times and nothing and I have not gotten an email or a call back about this disruptive behavior. As I'm writing this review, she is continuously playing her music. I moved to my bedroom to get away from the noise and now it's in my bedroom.! I can't escape it. She puts the volume high! she's inconsiderate. This is a community not a rave ! No one wants to hear your stupid music playing. It seems like she wants attention !! I've had problems here many times with noisy neighbors. I had to switch units because of my neighbor in building nine. And now it's the same thing in this building . Their tenants selection is very poorly. They will just put anyone in here with money. It might be nice for the first couple of months in here but then stuff starts to show . They didn't do anything about my neighbor in building nine they just switched my units because they didn't want to deal with her so I switched units. It was good until two months later. This new girl moves in and she plays her music so loud I can't escape it. I go to the bedroom I can't escape, I go to the bathroom. I can't escape it everywhere in my apartment where I'm trying to just cancel out the noise I can't! And it seems like this apartment complex is not caring that there is disruptive noise. This disruptive noise is exceeding. What's normal in a community being disruptive, is considered 70 dB and and she goes above that .They don't care what I have to say. They don't care how I am feeling about the situation they do not care for their tenants. There has been many other problems as well with other tenants of their issues not getting solved. Many people have moved out because of the lack of issues that go unsolved. I can see why . I'm going on 2 years here . And I was only happy living here for five months. For one year and a half. I'm not happy. They do not care what you go through daily. They want your money and that's it.

We just moved in not to long ago and have nothing but good things to say. They have been really helpful from the beginning answering all of our questions and with the move in process. Even when we moved in we turned in some maintenance requests and they fixed them in a timely manner!

I have lived here for 2 years this may. I would definitely not recommend anyone to move here. They charged me extra rent because I did not specify that I was NOT renewing my lease. I gave them 3 weeks notice instead of a months notice that I was not going to renew my lease. They charged me hundreds of dollars for that. I've never heard of such a thing. I even begged them not to charge me the fee because I'd recently had surgery and was dealing with medical bills. Then, they forwarded my email to them about this problem to my girlfriend (who lives in another state). I'm pretty sure that's not even legal. The whole thing was very misleading and shady. Also, they raise the rent multiple times every year.
