The Vape Zone Smokeless

Looking for a new vaping device this is the place to go on the East side of Tucson. They have a selection of devices that will suit everybody's needs they even have their own juice that's made right here in the USA. They have quite the variety of juices again it will suit the needs of all. The staff are friendly and very knowledgeable which makes me feel at ease. I was able to quit smoking with vaping a few years back but now I purchase my new device and going to quit again. Once a month I go down on my nicotine level so that in the end I have no nicotine while vaping it's been a godsend for me and I know this time will be the same thank you for having such a nice comforting place for me to go

Alley loved this place......she made herself right at home.The staff were friendly helpful and knowledgeable. They were willing to adjust the flavor profile just to our liking and offered to fix it the next day if it wasn't exactly what we wanted. They had a great selection of flavors and acceptable pricing.

I received the BEST customer service at this store. Truly amazing. I had an issue that management (a very nice lady) resolved for me, she went Above and Beyond all my expectations. I've been a loyal customer for about a year and now I will be dedicated and only patronize this Vape shop. The manager was only concerned with my customer satisfaction and made sure I was happy with my purchase. The other female employee who completed my order and helped me with setup of my mod (& preparation of e-juice) is amazing...she literally does about 5 things at once and does not make mistakes. The employees (Vape Baristas) are so kind and helpful, man they really make my day. I'm super impressed. I mean that. Thank you Vape Zone, your business model is top notch.

It's ok I guess had good prices on coils but the girl at the grant location forgot to put sweetener in or enough of it in my order. It was pretty late like 9 PM I got home and it tasted bad so I used a different setup and the same. If you need coils or batteries this place is fine just be careful to make sure the juice is good I would have taken it back but I drove 20 miles and will just take it as a loss.

I have tried many vape stores in Tucson, trying to find a flavor that I liked well enough to give up smoking, only to waste my money. The employees at The Vape Zone Smokeless asked me what I was looking for and then gave me samples to try. I was able to find what I wanted within the first three! They even offered to mix flavors until we found just the right mixture.They also informed me of the improvements to the tanks versus the one I had, so I took a chance and purchased one (boy were they right) and then they proceeded to show me how to fill it as well as explain the maintenance required!Other vape places I've gone to had employees that acted like I was inconveniencing them, and all they wanted to do was sit around vaping and acting "cool", rather than helping. My thanks again to the employees of The Vape Zone Smokeless! My lungs thank you too! See you soon!

I have never felt more confident in buying E products in the three years since I stopped smoking. I like other followed the heard to freedom smoke... BIG mistake. Not only do they rip you off on prices they are no help to you at all. O we sold you a product and it stopped working. Your fault. Never have I hated a store so much. Now that I have taken your time on my rant let me switch gears and tell you about this place. It is just simply awesome. If they sell it they carry every part for it. The staff is simply amazing. The products simply amazing. I love how they mix your juice right in front of you. I didn't notice how much of a difference it made in the quality . My tanks wicks and battery's last three times longer. Take my word for it capers this is the place for you.. Trust me.

Bought an expensive Vape device. It leaked the juice constantly. I went back and they tried to trade out parts. I tried it again for a while but it still leaked like crazy. The first chance I got I went back to return the defective device. The sales gal called the owner but they would not refund my money. Look out for this business they don't stand behind their products! If I could have given them negative stars I would have.

We've tried a few different vape stores in Tucson and this one is by far the best we've found. Super clean, large selection, and excellent customer service - professional and friendly.
