The Running Shop

Stopped in to The Running Shop this afternoon with a few random running shoe questions and they were amazing. The staff was extremely friendly and took time to understand my questions and were patient with my lack of knowledge. They told me they didn't want to sell me something I didn't need and the advice they gave me resulted me in not buying anything yet, but there customer service has made them my new local running shoe store. They also gave me some information on local runs coming up.

Can't believe I haven't left a review for this place yet! I've been getting my running shoes here for years and I really love it! They have a really great selection of running shoes here and the staff is always friendly and helpful. They also gave plenty of running gear (shirts, shorts, hydration packs, etc..) I do wish they had UCan gelsThe prices are good, on par or better than chain stores and by shopping here, you're really helping the local economy.

I reserved my Brooks Launch on line and drove over an hour to pick them up cause I didn't want to wait for shipping. My shoes were at the counter when I arrived and the gentleman that helped was very knowledgeable with Brooks almost had me pick up another pair while I was their but ultimately I didn't feel it in the shoe. Great store lots of selections, prices were decent and store was neat and clean.I would recommend shopping here for all your running needs.

The Running Shop is a long time family favorite of ours. Their attentive service can't be beat. They consistently have a great selection of sneakers; from the most recent trends to great discounts on classic and discontinued pairs. They always take their time to find the perfect fit for your feet + activity needs.

A friend recommended this store and I stopped in here for the first time this week. Geoff watched me walk, asked what I was looking for and brought out many shoes for me to try. I walked around in all of them and they let me run in whichever ones I wanted to on the sidewalk outside the store. Geoff was extremely helpful and patient. I can definitely recommend buying running shoes at this store. They also have different clothes and accessories as well. They didn't have a size I wanted to try for one of the shoes and are ordering it for me to try on.

I've been supporting this shop for the last four years. Great customer service and the staff make sure the right shoes fit for comfort. I buy a pair once a year and I haven't aggravated my pre-existing injuries. Will continue to support this business.

Excellent customer service!! Great stock of shoes, gear, and tools for runners, walkers, and the like. Easy parking lot to navigate. Good selection of sale items too.

The employees at The Running Shop were very helpful and accommodating. They offer a large selection of shoes and they were very patient and knowledgeable as I tried to find the right fit and shoe for my needs. They did not have my size in stock, however, they went above and beyond by hand delivering my shoes to the hotel I was staying at as soon as the the shoes came in! I would highly recommend The Running Shop for your next show purchase!

While not runners, my partner and I put in significant miles on paved and unpaved trails. When we first moved to Tucson a few years ago, we searched for a shop that would take the time to listen to our needs and find the perfect shoe match. The Running Shop did not disappoint! The staff member asked what we liked/didn't like about our current shoes, watched us walk, and offered several options based on our needs. We left with supportive, comfortable shoes that worked great for us.Fast forward to 2020. We've put in some extra miles the first part of this year and need some new gear. We saw that The Running Shop has curbside pickup, delivery, and on-line ordering options available. I called in, and the shop was able to give me the current model information for the shoes we typically buy since they keep records of purchases. They even had my partner's skinny size 13s in stock. Better still, because being a regular customer garners "points" that can be used on future purchases, we were able to save $. The shoes will arrive at our door shortly with contactless delivery.Great job, The Running Shop!
