Beautiful facility. Has an amazing Sales Director by the name of Lori Donahue that is a miracle worker when it comes to working with you and your loved one in entering assisted care at the facility. She has been a delight to work with and solving problems since the beginning.

Quality care for my 91 year old mother in law. She lived independent for as long as possible then transferred to memory care- hospice care. The staff is compassionate and considerate.

I would be very wary of this establishment, which, since Grace Management took ownership (about 2 years ago) has become callously corporate in the way it treats both employees and residents. For the most part, the employees genuinely care for the residents. But after the first year of ownership, Grace Management began to change how it ran the facility and there was an exodus of their best employees. Then they started firing people. Contrary to their stated policy on this site, employees have been allowed to work unmasked during the pandemic. A COVID "outbreak" was based only on whether a resident tested positive. Little was done to ensure the safety of residents or fellow employees when an employee tested positive. Shockingly there were NO provisions for testing fellow employees who might have been exposed by someone who became ill. They are routinely under-staffed and yet continue to enforce the same profit-driven expectations for productivity. Grace Management's corporate policies are disrespectful of the very employees who try to provide quality care to the residents. The disrespect flows down, from corporate to management to front-line staff to resident and families.Grace Management peak revenue was $110.0M in 2021 quoted fromhttps://www.zippia.com/grace-management-careers-25016/revenue/After extensive research and analysis, Zippia's data science team found Grace Management has 650 employees, and the revenue per employee ratio is $169,230.Front line caregivers are earning little more than minimum wage to wash, dress and feed your family member. An "Assistant Wellness Manager" (also known as an LPN) is advertised at an hourly rate of $25. That's the staff member who decides whether a resident should be transferred to an emergency room for evaluation.THINK TWICE!

When I moved my mother into memory care in 2019 this was an excellent facility. The memory support program was very attractive, particularly the focus on creative and cognitively stimulating activities and the freedom to participate in regular assisted living activities. The staff were responsive and caring and committed to providing the best possible home for the residents. Particularly essential was the memory care activities director: she clearly cared about the residents and their families, providing creative activities for the residents and emotional support to residents and families. I don't know how we would have made it through the Covid lockdown without her; even during her own cancer treatment she was there nearly everyday, providing emotional support and keeping residents and families connected. However, the new management has implemented major changes. Most of the staff that I knew initially are gone, including the wonderful activities director. The memory support residents are no longer allowed to be anywhere on the premises except their specific section. The staff to resident ratio, the quality of the food, the frequency of housekeeping and other services, and the overall sense of respect for both residents and staff have all changed for the worse under current management. I am so grateful that my mother passed away last Spring, before things deteriorated to the point that I had to find another place for her.

Was once independent but is now owned by Grace Management. I believe corporate policies will lower customer satisfaction beginning with their insistence that the ranch use a new coffee vendor. Our Grace facility uses the same new coffee supplier and it's been months since I had a Good cup of Decaf outside my apartment where I make my own.

this facility is horrible, terrible and not for your loved one! at all. we have a relative who was moved here recently after a fall and needed to have full time care. they provided care - not full time nor did they provide basic sanitary needs for our mother. while she is still there, we are desperately hoping she will be moved. ranch estates' motivations are not in the best interest of their residents - beware - beware - beware. you do not want them "caring" for your loved one.
