Man was it busy on a Sunday near closing time at 6. I did find out if you're a club member you get discounts on Sunday. Makes sense it was busy. Clean and well staffed.

Just bought an 8th of their Huxton Reserve gmo cookies, indica strain. When i first looked at it, it looked thin and like i would have to use a lot of tree to roll my blunt, but as i was breakin it down, its super fluffy and i only used 4 nugs, got plenty left over for later, jus how i like it. Gave 4 stars because i havent smoked it yet, ill update my review when i do.Update: The high was chill, not as deep as I expected, but i guess thats $45 8ths these days for dispensaries? Could get more decent tree from my plug for less, but I'm jus gon leave this review here in case it helps. It wasn't all bad, jus wish the high lasted longer.

Prime leaf use to be good till today. Apparently they have hearing problems. I ask for 5 for 100 got 5 for 75 . Not what I asked for then not the wax I asked for. Called talked to manager it was worthless. Never asked if I wanted to change anything. I will never go back or recommend this place. Trulieve does u right ill be going to them

Review is for the Park location...I've been a frequent customer of Prime and always been happy but today I went in wanting to get a vape pen since I'm going out of town soon. I had never purchased a vape of any kind and with the insane amount of selection, I really didn't know where to begin so I asked for help. Your staff was incredibly patient with me and what must have been obvious questions I asked as far as vapes go. I left with exactly what I needed as well as solid info on vapes if I ever decide to purchase more in the future (I prefer flower so this is definitely a first). Thanks again for the help!

Just came from D2 and want to SHOUT OUT TO PRIME... keep your great customer reward program BUT can you please open an eastside location? I use D2 because it's close. It's hard to park at Prime and for East spiders, a long drive. You have a superior rewards program. I prefer doing business with you.

Staff is friendly and helpful. They don't make you feel dumb. I like the online ordering for pickup. When they are busy it speeds things up. Security at the door overlooking parking lot makes me feel safe.

No customer bathrooms, even for handicapped customers. That alone makes me not like going there as I drive an hour to get there. Most of the bud tenders are not very friendly. I've had a couple of friendly ones. Very impersonal service. Also, they don't carry a favorite product of mine, Caviar gold. So I have to run around town to get what I need.

On Mon have great spec on carts. 5 for $94 sweet! One gram carts...............,,.......

They make it very hard to know how old the weed is. Further, their UPPER TIER is sometimes 7 months old (happened to me MOST of the time). Every dispensary professional I have ever asked has told me thats pretty bad, and nobody keeps upper tier that old. $130 for a 7mo/old quarter and I argued how hard it was to know for sure, as even the employees had to check up and down to find dates. The process is just not normal, and they seem to not care about selling fresh product or knowing what is.Imagine spending 130 dollars and getting rocks that just turn into dust and dont smoke well due to its age and lower THC from decay. Thats low tier, as all dispensaries besides them have told me.I was kicked out for making a deal of this, and I'll never go back. Theres a reason why this place has almost no customers. Are they in their prime or out of their prime I think the answer is clear.It actually hurt my feelings when they kicked me out, but I believe business do this these days to filter customers of their liking out but truth is these scammers have very little customers left.
