The Place at Canyon Ridge

I have lived here for almost 2 years and Honestly since the new Management came in about a year ago the apartments have taken a complete 360 for the better. When I first moved in the apartment complex was very dark and not well lit and since then new lights have been installed all around the complex. There are always fun activities going on for our community and the team at Canyon ridge is always quick to help in any way they can!! This has been the perfect first apartment

I did complete a tour with Tanisha Massengale; she was a truly wonderful person and was very knowledgeable about the property and provided a lot of information to help me and my husband.

Website says open on Saturday and no appointment needed... drove in from Phoenix at noon and CLOSED and no one would answer the phone.

It's a very nice place they allow any dog breeds I have two big dogs that are mixed and they're really big and the apartments a new very clean the air conditioning works great on my wish upon a little bit bigger and didn't have rooms but other Nat the apartments everything here is great I would highly recommend this place up with anyone who has dogs

We moved here in November & our experience so far has been so amazing! We were welcomed in tremendously and our communication is really open with staff! We've had a small maintenance issue that they resolved in the same hour we called it in. The property is beautiful & very well maintained. The staff here really do care about each tenant, they always have special events for us here and make the office area feel like a second home. We're really looking forward for our time here!

Great place to live, the apartments are very nice, the appliances are modern, it's a quiet and very safe community and it's pet friendly, the staff is great if you ever need assistance and if you request maintenance they're super quick to attend. The gym has nice equipment and is in good condition. My neighbor has 2 kids and you can't hear anything in my apartment. I highly recommend this place, I've been living here for 1.5 years and I have not a single negative comment.

This community was lacking because appliances were always broken all the time even after "repairing" them.The front desk staff is less than ideal where packages will sit there for a long time and they don't inform anyone about it. They also have charged me multiple times for late fees when the website's automatic payment was faulty. Paying rent was a chore - and it shouldn't be if there is an automatic payment system in place. Even when leaving the community and informing them a few months in advance at the office, they still charged me another "late fee" as they did not provide me a letter of intent to leave during that time. Shouldn't that form always be in supply at the office? Isn't' that what an office is for? In addition, they had informed me that they will be calling me about that form... A month later, I still had not received the call. Communication is definitely something that they can improve. In this modern time and day, there are multiple ways of communication including email, phone or even dropping a note at the apartment - which they do none of.There was a meth user that was living there and he destroyed the cars that were parked there. The parking spot that was assigned to me was frequently occupied by someone.

Nice looking apartments. Unfortunately, the front office is disorganized, unfriendly, and understaffed.
