The Perfect SAIZ Taco

We hired Perfect Saiz catering for my husband's retirement party. The food was incredible and the service was top notch. Our 60+ guests were impressed with the food and service. I heard nothing but positive comments all evening. JP and his crew were extremely professional, kind, and made sure everything was taken care of. I highly recommend them and will definitely hire them again for future events!

A huge shout out to JP and his wife! We used them for our wedding celebration at the beginning of December.JP is the best and provides excellent customer service from the get-go. Yes...he is and will admit he is more expensive than some of the other home taco grill people out there, but...I say you get what you pay for!We had chicken, pastor, carne asada, and veggie tacos, quesadillas, rice and beans, along with all of the fixings including chips and salsa! The food was amazing and not one complaint from any of our guests. We had 60 people in attendance and there was more than enough food for everyone to have as much as they wanted! And, we had leftovers, which they pack up for you. Only one small complaint from us...not our guests. We had asked to have dinner ready by about 4:45 and it wasn't ready until closer to 5:15ish but none of our guests complained and once dinner was served...it was so great. Their food is so good! Loved that things were mild for the non-spicy people and those who love spice had options to rev up the taste buds! JP takes care of everything! And once they cleaned up, you never knew they were there! He supplies everything and asked for nothing from us. We had a larger area on the side of house for his set-up and the way they had it arranged, there never was a long line for the guests. We may have pictures, which I'll post at a later date...we are still going through over 500 pictures from our wedding and celebration! Thank you JP! It was a fantastic experience!!!

I can't say it enough, how professional, respectful, and just how Damn good the food was. Came to our house for a party, they set up, cooked, served, and cleaned. Interacted with party goers. Family run business. I will definitely be using them again.

If you are a Vegan or Vegetarian, and you are looking for a caterer that serves delicious Mexican food, you are in luck! Not only is their food incredible, but they are so polite! They are practiced and proficient at what they do, and very easy to work with.

JP and his family went above and beyond to cater my wife's surprise birthday party. The communication, planning and service is top notch. They truly take care of everything and allow you to enjoy your event while making sure your guests are happy. The food... oh man, delicious! Everyone absolutely loved it and what a spread it is. You get 3 meats for your tacos, quesadillas, rice, beans, salad, grilled peppers, chips, salsa's and everything you need for toppings. What are you waiting for, book them for your next event!

We had The Perfect Saiz Taco cater a party at our residence. This is a family business with great customer service and true Mexican Tacos. We had the at home taco cart. They literally took care of every detail from start to finish, including providing a wide variety of garnishes and salsas. All of the meat was prepared (grilled) right on site and to perfection. JP's take on Al Pastor is unique and incredibly tasty. Break away from the ordinary event and party food. The Perfect Saiz Taco is the way to go!

The Saiz family did an amazing job for my dads surprise birthday party. JP had great communication with planning and coordinating our event- everything went off without a hitch. Their food was delicious- some of the best tacos and sides I've ever had! All of my guests were raving about how good the food was. I will definitely be calling them again for my next party!

The Perfect Saiz Taco served dinner when we had about 30 family and friends in from out of town at the end of February . They came to our backyard, set up, cooked, visited with everyone and cleaned up afterwards leaving delicious leftovers. The food was absolutely delicious and everyone raved about the food and hospitality ! What a wonderful way to entertain family ! We would definitely call them again and have recommended them to many friends !
