Went to The Peak lounge to grab a couple of drinks and listen to music on a Saturday night. The Peak lounge is located inside of the Omni resort, and is open to anyone, not just guests who stay at the resort. The lounge area and bar are very nice and open with lots of cute sitting areas and views of the resort. While they have a couple of food items you can order, they primarily have snacks and finger foods available and specialize in drinks. Our bartender, Yves was amazing and made my husband a very tasty old fashioned and I asked for a special holiday drink which was not on the menu. I just showed him a picture of the drink I wanted which included the ingredients, and Yves elevated and made the drink even better. Love the calming and relaxing vibe, the amazing service from the bartender and the music...will definitely be back.

Service was excellent by Greg. We came here Friday night around 9pm and were pleasantly surprised when they said they would close at 11pm and not 10pm. At any given time there were probably only 4-10 people in the bar. The decor is very cute, I loved it. Unfortunately I didn't love their specialty cocktails. Of All Things tasted like juice and was too sweet for me. Jungle bird was even more sweet (he liked it though). I did like the last word martini though. It was complex.

This place is about 8 minutes from our house so we decided to come by Saturday night to have a few drinks. The property is gorgeous, although we sat at a table, I noticed the bar had holders for your purse and power for charging phones, etc... you can tell they thought of comfort. There was a live guitarist playing, it was a very comfy atmosphere. We had the opportunity to met the bartender Greg, I see why he has come up in several of the reviews. He gave us a warm welcome and told us we could sit anywhere we wanted and he would come to serve us. The menu was very esthetically pleasing and described their goal of sustainability. The specialty drinks all looked great. I went with a smokey margarita and my partner opted for a Woodford and coke. The drinks were great, the service was great and the ambiance was wonderful. We will definitely return.

My business colleagues and I were staying at Omni for a golf tournament and upon check-in we saw the Peak lounge and decided to stop in and have a cocktail. We were greeted by Greg, who was an absolutely wonderful bartender, very knowledgeable, polite and attentive. My girlfriend isn't a big drinker but likes sweet drinks so he suggested a midori sour which she loved. They have a full bar along with a good assortment of craft beers and wine. They do also offer some menu items although that didn't open till after 5pm on the particular day that we went, so we ended up coming back later on in the evening for another round. At that time, we had noticed that Greg had put on a martini workshop featuring four different martinis so we had him make us one which was the Grasshopper. It was super delicious more of a dessert martini I would say, but definitely worth a try. We also ordered the Peak Burger. It came with regular fries or sweet potato tots and was absolutely delicious. Overall the space is very inviting and open just passed the lobby when you walk into the resort. It is beautifully decorated, lots of seating both around the bar along with individual table and couches. You could even sit near the window to overlook the patio where we could see the pool and fire at night. And bonus seating on a patio with heated lamps... great for chilly evenings this time of year. Whether you are a local or a visitor stop in and let Greg take care of you.

The Peak finally has a page! Yay! I've been a somewhat regular at this lobby lounge since it was only open for a few days... wall art had not even been hung-up, furniture was sparse, and the bottom portion of the bar had not yet been tiled. Now that it's been finished, and their offerings have grown, wow! What a great spot to hang out and have a nice cocktail and bite to eat!The Peak is a product of Omni Tucson National Resort's recent and extensive renovation project that not only improved the property, but expanded their dining options. As you probably already know by now, it's located on the premises of a resort. Even though the resort is located in and part of a ritzy golf/country club behind a guard gate, it is open to the public--just tell the gate operator where you're going, and they'll grant you access. The overall vibe of the lounge is very pleasant and comfortable--as if you're in your own living room. Everything is pleasing to the eye and there's a great selection of seating. By day, there's killer views of the mountains, pool and nearby grounds; by night, you see the pool lit-up and bowls of fire lining the perimeter of the pool area. If you choose, there is also an outdoor terrace. However, the country music played through speakers in the lounge, as well as the entire resort doesn't fit. I don't know if it is due to Omni's Texas headquarters or what, but country music is an inappropriate genre of music in a 4 star resort. The drinks and food I've had at this establishment have all been exceptional, as have the service and bartenders. The Peak makes quite a good and reasonably-priced gin & tonic. Also, try their mixed bar snack that they serve. After writing this review, I think I'll plan on making another trip in the near future.
