The Paw Palace

We lost our beloved Pittie back in July and decided it was time for another fur baby, only this time we wanted to go with a Yorkshire Terrier. After tons and tons of research and countless hours of looking online, we found The Paw Palace. Paw Palace had the breed we were looking for and had a few pictures online, so we decided to make an appointment. The owners of Paw Palace were so easy to work with and were happy to answer all of our questions with no problem. As soon as we saw the Yorkie that we came to see, we immediately fell in love and took her home that day. Upon purchase, our fur baby already came with her first set of vaccinations, microchipped, AKC papers and about 2lbs of puppy food. The entire process was seamless and we couldn't be happier with our new baby. *Note: Make sure you make an appointment to see any of their animals! We made the mistake of just showing up, as we thought this business was set in a typical brick and mortar shop. They're actually do business out of their home.*Two toes and two thumbs waaaay up for The Paw Palace, and a HIGHLY RECOMMEND from me! Good luck on your new puppy search, my Yelpers!!!

I had been looking around for a new best friend for awhile. Everything I wanted was either extremely expensive or out of state. Just as I was about to give up, I found this place! Making an appointment was so easy and the owner was so nice and answered all my questions. I love my Bailey baby so much!! Thank you for everything!

Update. I am your customer or was. Just thru my mom. I spoke to you several times. Call me ANYTIME. You have my #. Im not hiding. You sell sick puppy mill dogs. You know it. I want as many people as possible to know it. You fly puppies in from other states then sell them same or next day. Tell me that's not true? Tell me the dog you sold my mom for almost 2000.00 dollars is not dead. Tell me you did not offer a replacement or any compensation whatsoever. I ended up buying her a healthy pup for 400.00. Did you offer to cover that or even answer return my call? She is 74 and was HEARTBROKEN.UPDATE to update: I will express my opinion of your business in whatever forum I think will reach as many people as possible. I am letting others know of our experience with your buisness. Buyer beware. If your buisness is so good then you have nothing to worry about. One dead puppy should not hurt you one iota.

I was trying find a companion for my sweet pug and I thankfully found the Paw Palace who had a fantastic selection of sweet pups. I had always dreamed of owning a French Bulldog but could never afford one. Paw Palace sells affordable and beautiful dogs of all breeds. They come with papers, shots, and a guarantee (heaven forbid). Karie was quick to respond and knowledgeable of dogs and breeds. We instantly fell in love with our new fur baby. We are very grateful! So is our sweet pug!

After several weeks of research, we got our little pup, Steve, from Karie at the Paw Palace. He's the sweetest pup EVER and we are thrilled to death with him. The entire experience was pleasant and enjoyable. A vet visit the next day declared our little guy to be in excellent health with a near perfect score across the board. He has been using his pee pad 100% of the time with zero accidents which is basically awesome! No whining, no crying, no barking. Just a very contented, sweet puppy who is happy to be in his little area unless he's being played with or held. If we want another pup in the future, we'll definitely check out Paw Palace to see who might be available. In the meantime, we're in love with our 2 pound pooch and are looking forward to many happy years with him.

We love the fact that we found paw palace!! All info we got was correct and informative. No extremely pleased with the delivery, but we did hav the puppy sent from one corner of our nation to the other. I guess a smelly pup with fleas is no so bad. Pup was in good mood considering she spent better par of two weeks on the road. Not sure any of us would fair better!! overall if we were ever to get another pup... we would DEFInATLY check with them first!!

My dog came with parasites and it took 3 rounds of antibiotics before I gave up on clearing them completely because some dog carry them at low range. My pup maybe one of those. AB's beautiful and I love her so I gave this place 2 stars instead of one.

The owner is completely unprofessional, we called to ask a few questions regarding the health and authenticity of the puppies being sold, and she went on an angry rant regarding her professionalism and her reputation. It was a truly strange experience. She is not customer service oriented, and became strangely defensive when we asked about getting a second opinion from a veterinarian. Stay COMPLETELY clear of this business. People, read the reviews and see how she replies to her customers. That's all you need to know. We asked a simple question, and she blew up. Not a good choice.Hahahahhah I didn't remove the Karen comment, it's still there hun. I stand by that. and no no no, I was fine with the fact that you couldn't do that. I was asking if that was possible? I don't know how buying a dog online works. Come on, lady. I mean karen. Actually you started getting snippy and defensive and my family and I were appalled at your immature behavior. You are not a nice person and I hope you treat people better! So happy I went to Paw Palace to get my yorkipoo. I got her last November and I couldn't be happier. I happened to be in Arizona when I decided to look for a puppy and I would travel there from California again to get a puppy from Paw Palace. Very responsive and patient with my questions. Great experience.

I just adopted a dog from them and they are the real thing!!! Family owned and operated, they treat their dogs and pups like family too. There were very thorough is explaining about the dog I wanted and it was a very good experience all around. I would recommend them to everyone!!
