I just started leasing with The Parker for 2024-2025. Right after I signed my INITIAL lease, the Parker had me sign ANOTHER lease for 2025 to 2026. I thought maybe they had to sort out their business records.I did a careful scan of the contract, and realized my mistake.This is a very deceptive business practice. What kind of business sets up a renewal almost 12 months before your current annual contract expires? A deceptive one, that's who. I'll ask them to cancel this contract, but renter beware. Very shady management. I've never seen any other business do this.

The Parker is probably the worst u of a apartment. I've been a resident for now coming 4 years and have seen this place go straight into a ditch. The management is terrible now and they love to be passive with residents even though my rent is over 2k a month. They leave packages sitting out and one of mine was taken and they refuse to take responsibility because per the lease agreement "they didn't have possession of it" even though they had signed for it at the front desk. Also they advertise all these specials but don't give the current paying residents anything. They love showing the amenities of the building but forget to add pictures of our 2 pool chairs for the whole roof, yes 2 chairs for the entire roof. They also charge $300 a month for parking and we have to share the garage with chase so it's always open so why pay if anyone has access? I would overall not recommend the Parker, there's a reason this is the first year the building isn't full since it's been open. Steer clear and take it from someone who has lived here since day 1.

This place is a joke! High pressure sales to kids (yes, 18 but not ready to make adult decisions). They make you sign a lease an entire year before you get the place and qualify you with no income and then threaten if you don't move in they will sue you...what is that??? This place is shady to say the least.Dinerstein Company you should be ashamed of yourself. I will spread the word of your disgusting practice!

I am so glad to be done w The Parker. The gym, lobby and pool are great. The staff yesterday was also incredibly helpful and supportive.

This place has the worst costumer service, my family has ever received. Consistently no help from the workers and won't let me talk to the manager to discuss the lease. Nasty and vile behavior from them. I do not recommend them at all and The leasing manager is not helpful at all. You should improve the integrity and empathy of the employees

Watch out for this place!!!! They aren't responsive to issues and ignore you. Read the real reviews not those of the students that live and work there. I agree with the parents that have posted on here. We got caught in a mess with them but hope this post helps other families. There's a reason they aren't at full capacity.

DO NOT RENT FROM THE PARKER BEFORE READING THIS...The Parker changed ownership this past year and are impossible to deal with. They don't answer the phones. My daughter transferred in January and they never helped to relet the apartment. She signed an extension early in the year because she thought she had to and they didn't inform me, the guarantor. They know an adult would have said to wait on the relet, that there is no reason to do it so early. Now she is stuck for next year and they won't advertise or help her find someone to relet her apartment until all of theirs are sold. This place takes advantage of students and have zero customer service or compassion.

I've lived here for 2 years now and it was much better last year. They seem to focus more on just getting new residents, rather than their current residents now. Also, if you renew your lease and have vacant spots in your unit, potential residents can see your "bio," but you can't see theirs and have 0 say in whether or not you want to live with them and the parker doesn't notify you when those spots in your unit are filled. They have no system for roommate matching, it's bad.

We had an amazing tour ! it looks fabulous . expensive but really nice . our girls would love it here
