I couldn't agree more with Cristina L. and Kelly T. for giving the Mobile Bistro 5 stars! This place is definitely a foodies dream. I tried their culinary creations at the Food Truck Round up at The Shelter. I stopped at this food truck first because I recognized the truck from an event at the Pima Air & Space Museum. Turns out he is also the corporate chef at the Flight Grill located at the museum. Patrick is super awesome and friendly....and from there all the magic happened.. My BF and I scanned the menu and knew it was going to be delicious. We tried the 3 tapas for $7 deal and it was killer! It's especially perfect for those of us who suffer from indecisiveness in the presence of so much delicious food. Each item I was packed with flavor in each bite! My boyfriend and I picked the first 2 tapas (the Vietnamese Pork Sandwich, the Orange Chicken) and we left it to Patrick (the owner) to surprise us with the 3rd item. He picked the Hoisin BBQ Rib, holy sh*** this was a phenomenal choice! After devouring everything on the plate, my boyfriend, wanted to go back for more! But I said we should try the other trucks too........2 mostly unsatisfying snacks later from other trucks, we went back to the Mobile Bistro for one more plate! We went for a 2nd round of the Vietnamese Pork Sandwich, the Hoisin Rib and the Meatball Sandwich. First bite into the meatball sub was another holy sh*** moment. It was pure tender, flavorful, saucy deliciousness. Divine.Patrick is running a pretty sweet food truck operation out of the Mobile Bistro. It's fun, it's gourmet, it's fresh, and I LOVE it. Bravo! Word is he's working on another project at the Tohono Chul Tea Room. I can't wait to follow him to his next culinary masterpiece.

You need to find this truck...trust me. I got excited just looking at the menu. It's a foodie dream. I had skewers of filet mignon -cooked and seasoned perfectly, breaded, fried eggplant (whoa! delicious), and duck wantons. -How does food this delicious come from a truck. Don't miss out! You really do need to try for yourself!

We were treated to a dinner in our park, honoring those of us who had been in the park for 20 years or more. Mobile Bistro, DBA Edge Catering, presented the food. The service was impeccable and the dinner was excellent! How the servers could accommodate 135 people and have our dinners arrive warm and inviting, I marvel! It was a wonderful lesson in service and I recommend them highly. JP

I tried this food truck at the Food Truck Round-Up that was held at the Tucson Roller Derby hosted Dust Devil Tournament. It was nice to see a new food truck out there. The Mobile Bistro is offering up some delicious tapas style foods for extremely reasonable prices. I tried their 3 tapas for 7 dollars deal and each item that I chose was flipping fantastic. The filet mignon was incredibly tender with a very tasty sauce. I also tried the duck wanton in a miso broth and the shrimp and lobster flauta. Although I love many of the other food trucks in town, this one definitely has a place high on my list for its smaller portions. Their menu selections were surprisingly diverse, with a little something for everyone. Sometimes you just want an incredibly delicious snack instead of an incredibly delicious burger (mmmm...Animal Farm Burgers), the Mobile Bistro satisfies that craving. They were friendly and their service was top notch. Will definitely be a repeat customer.
