1Worst realtor ever. He was lazy, unprofessional AND unknowledgeable. He was not after our interests at all. All he wanted was the sale. We would never use him again. After the inspection, that Joe arranged, we have had multiple issues with the house. Including HVAC not working with multiple issues, major pest infestation of scorpions and brown recluse spiders AND now water damage!!! Makes us seriously wonder about his inspector. AND this was NOT an inexpensive house. It was a $2.2M dollar cash offer paid!

Joe and Alex are wonderful, knowledgeable and reliable. They worked hard to help us find our new home. As first time home buyers we loved the great advice they gave as well as the top notch service. Without their efforts and diligence we would not have found the lovely home we have today. We bought in a fast selling market where homes were selling before we could even see them. After seeing a couple houses, Joe and Alex got an exact idea of what we wanted, and when this home came to Market they called us right away. We could not be happier.
