The basic pistol training course was phenomenal. Having never touched a gun or even seen one up close before, I was a bit intimidated walking in. Paul and Preshie are USCCA trainers and absolutely prioritize safety every step of the way. Preshie is gentle and encouraging, especially in the gun range. Paul is the epitome of patience and does an incredible job of communicating complex issues in a way that makes it easy to understand, even for a newbie like me. Paul really does do a great job of identifying where each person is at and meeting them there to help them grow their skill set and learn things the right way. As he says, perfect practice makes perfect. I can't wait until my next class!

Great experience & good prices. Short Little 2 Lane Range but the AC was Great. Entering off the side street was through a large sliding gate was initially awkward but once inside friendly staff in a safe environment. When I'm not outside this is a good alternative.

I attended the AZ CCW course. Great class and Paul is a great instructor. Very informative on AZ laws and where to find them. Paul is knowledgeable and was cracking jokes to lighten the mood. I purchased the enhanced CCW course. Well worth the money. At the end Paul has simulated scenarios that he puts you in. Great introduction into fight or flight. How situations can escalate quickly, keeping your head on a swivel and so much more. This course is well worth it and they offer many more classes.The store is big and they have a lot to chosen from. The Hub should be your one stop shop for anything you need.

I had the best time ever at this indoor shooting range, with it being my 1st time the whole staff was extremely professional & assisted & answer all my million questions Not only is it a shooting range there's also a pawn shop & they are certified arms dealers who every imaginable weapon you can think of if you're in the market to protect yourself this is the place to purchase all your needs from ammunition to firearms great place I highly recommend

I recommend The Hub for buying firearms. I've bought two firearms from their pawn shop recently. The prices were fair. The staff was outstanding regarding knowledge of the products. The pawn shop has a good selection used optics as well. I bought a Holosun, and it is perfect for my needs. Try them out. Meet the staff. The salesmen in the new gun department are also easy to speak with and extremely knowledgeable.I'll shop there again.

While I did eventually get a partial remedy to the massive error committed by the Hub, I was never made whole. Add that to the way I was treated trying to even get that far, and I just can't give more than one star.I purchased a firearm, and asked some pretty specific questions. I didn't have the model number written down or anything before hand, but I knew what I wanted and what it should come with, including how many magazines and what size. The salesman confirmed what I was getting verbally, and I examined the rifle. The Hub doesn't let you examine the full kit before buying. They package it behind counter, and you can examine the firearm, but that's about it. That makes it really tough to find out they sold you a firearm with three 10-shot max magazines, when they were supposed to be 17, 23, and 23. Called immediately on finding out when I got home, 30 minutes later. Was told by a shift manager, basically "Tough luck, sale is final." Was told "even if you had caught it in the parking lot, we wouldn't exchange it [for the item I had asked for]." Was told "you got a chance to examine it" (not the magazines, I didn't). Was told they'd sell me the correct magazines at a discount. Was told they'd give me one other magazine. Absolutely will not give me the ones that should have come with the gun in the first place, because then I'd have "6 magazines!" But when I offered to exchange the other three, I was met with "We don't want them." Well, neither did I, nor did I ask for them.I was adamant that I be made whole for the purchase I had ask for, and that the purchase had been misrepresented. I described the salesman, and that I had asked specifically about the magazines. Then they told me they didn't have one of the magazines in the correct size to even exchange, and would not give me any of a greater value.After half an hour of not budging, and fearing I'd have to escalate to a civil complaint, they found a magazine the right size and agreed to exchange them. I drove 30 minutes back because I didn't think the offer would last to the next day. Found out when I got there that they'd decided to review the security footage after we had hung up to see if I was telling the truth. Somehow that wasn't an option while we were on the phone? They did finally apologize at that point for the error and made the exchange of the magazines.I never got the firearm with the threaded barrel that I had originally asked to purchase, even though they had on their own security system that I was misled. Magazine was as far as they'd go, and it was some of the worst treatment I've gotten as a customer. Between being treated with suspicion and having to fight tooth and nail when they HAD video evidence they could review to prove my case... And then still never get what I asked for and paid for? its just too much. If The Hub had listened to me, checked the tapes, and made it right by getting me the product that I asked for on video, this would have been a much different review. Instead, the follow up cemented that I will never do business here again.

Yesterday, I was fortunate to take the basic pistol fundamental foundation course with Paul Parks. Paul has over 20 years of firearms training. To begin, he quickly responded to emails, which made the signup process easy and smooth. The course itself was enjoyable. We started the class by discussing basic safety and the skills needed for marksmanship. To conclude the lesson, Paul took time out of his day to demonstrate how to take my Shadow Systems MR920 gun apart and clean/oil it properly for future use. I came out of this training seminar with a better appreciation and knowledge of firearms. I can not say enough positive things about my overall experience at the hub. The staff is very knowledgeable and willing to go above and beyond the call of duty for their clients. As someone newer to firearms, the team has been more than helpful in making recommendations, giving their opinions, and having everything I needed in stock. I would highly recommend the Hub to anyone looking for an elite dealer, training center, and shooting range in the Tucson area. Thanks again!
