I have nothing but thanks to Josh and Erica for their unrelenting efforts to help me get out of a toxic unprofessional real estate agent relationship (I asked for help) and then they helped me find and purchase a home in a safe pleasant neighborhood, at the end of the pandemic in late 2021, when the housing stock was practically non-existent. Josh's kind persistence and his professional relationships with other realtors helped us to land my present home, and we even brought down the price $7000. Since the purchase, they both regularly send personal greetings and check in on me since this is my first home purchase. My next real estate transaction will definitely be with Hoffman Group. The height of ethical professionalism!

Josh is the rudest person I have dealt with in a while. The calls from this number and texts are not only unsolicited but ridiculous, very unprofessional and I wasn't even buying or selling a house. Imagine if I was.. I would never think about using them or referring anyone to him.I posted 1 star only because one has to pick before posting the review.

Thinking about using The Hoffman Group? I suggest you keep looking. My family's recent experience was unpleasant. Our agent (Erica) was continuously a poor and late communicator, slow to return calls, didn't do or understand the market value of our home, and was more interested in a quick sale than representing our best interest. Most disturbing was that she never seemed to know what was going on regarding the eventual sale.Keller Williams broker's transaction specialist (Valerie) however was awesome. She always provided timely information, keep us informed, returned calls promptly, and resolved issues as they arose during closing. I hope she got a large chunk of the commission we paid.We made a mistake despite interviewing multiple agents. I own that. I hope you can learn from our lesson.

Josh and Erica helped us find our first house in Armory Park, which is not easy to do! We liked them so much that we also bought our second home through them, and have lived in it for a little over a year. They were very professional and went above and beyond to make sure all our needs were met. They are very reliable and trustworthy, and would recommend them to anybody!
