Great selection of plastic models for all genres. My husband found a few that were exactly what he was looking for. Good prices and great service.

Traveling in a van through Tucson and decided to pick up a model to work on. Small project in small space seemed ideal to search Yelp for a hobby store and found this place. Was concerned that it might not even be in business as the few reviews were dated, so called to be sure it was real. Boy was I surprised! Not only still in business, but an amazing selection of all things model kits. Add to that friendly and helpful employees. Will definitely be back. It's connected to an Ace Hardware store that is also amazing.  Hopefully this Yelp review will help others learn of this Hobby Place and check it out for something more interesting to do than scanning your phone. Modelling is a great way to study history ......... Cheers.

I have had this little train running around my coffee table for as long as I can remember. This year I found it unresponsive and felt devastated.I inquired and was told to bring it by.My Santa this year was a tall gentleman that fixed it, free of charge.I am so grateful and will think of the Hobby Store each time I watch it chug round.BTW... While waiting and roaming I found all kind of amazing gift ideas. Go and be amazed and delighted!And Thank You Ace!!!!!

Great place and reminds me of the old Classic Hobbies shop from decades ago. Very friendly staff and they have a great selection of kits, paints, etc. Highly recommend!

Great shop , lots of selections at all scales of models , great selection of trains and train layout material , great staff and large selection of modeling materials .

This hobby shop is great! People here are exceptionally helpful, very knowledgable, and selection is amazing. I highly recommend this shop if you like plastic model aircraft, cars, or trucks. I haven't bought any RC items from this shop, but that selection also appears to be very good. I live in San Diego, and I always make a point to stop by this shop when visiting my parents in Tucson, usually multiple times per Tucson trip.

I LOVE this store! They have an eclectic selection of plastic models, as well as hobby tools that I've been able to find nowhere else in town. They carry model railroad supplies, plastic kits, RC car parts, model rockets, and so many other very cool hobby supplies that I wish I could have afforded when I was young enough to have the time to devote to my hobbies. The staff are quick to help and knowledgeable, and the prices are reasonable. As a plus, because they're affiliated with the Ace Hardware, you can use your applicable coupons and your rewards membership there. SWEET! This is my favorite hobby shop in Tucson, edging out Hobby Lobby. (Good job guys!)

Although the selection may be limited in this relatively small shop, having any sort of viable hobby store remains a huge plus for the community. My hobby is N-scale trains, not the store's strong point. Still, I like having local access to supplies.

So I bought a teton and the motor broke 5 times but all they say is that "you were using it wrong" and "we tested the piss out of it" they tested it on asphalt driving it back and forth but I use my trucks on dirt and the motor just over heats and breaks but what they say is "you must have done 50 donuts in a row" so after going through 5 motors I let my father drive it but that motor broke but my father broke it driving normally but they say that it's his fault just so they don't have to give any form of compensation it's sad all they will do is replace the part that broke with the same part so in conclusion if you have a part that broke and all they do is replace it with the same part either demand a refund with evidence that you were using it normally with evidence like a video of using it before it broke or just replace the part with a better part oh here's a better idea but anywhere but here
