What an amazing little shop...well actually they have 3 different shops all in 1 location. It is a resale/consignment high end boutique. They have quite a variety of designer clothing items, shoes, purses, belts, jewelry and various other items. All sizes are available but bring your pocketbook because many of these are designer items and priced accordingly. It's located at Swan and Ft Lowell in Plaza Palamino shopping center. Lots of shops, restaurants and offices. Stop by and check it out. It's a nice little gem that not many people know about

I just had a wild experience here. I was looking at purses, when one of the employees without saying a word grabbed all of the purses off the hangers I was actively looking at , pulled them all away from me to show another customer. After I looked at her she said "sorry". I'm appalled. I walked out without buying anything because I refuse to spend money where I'm treated less than. With my Prada purse mind you, and the customer she pulled the purses for didn't end up buying anything. Karma. Will not be back.

Was visiting Tucson for the day and friends took us to this store, I actually thought it was cute and I found a couple cute items, the prices seemed fair also. The ladies at the main store were really pleasant and friendly to all their customers. When leaving, we realized there's a smaller store across the main one that seems to have more higher end items so we walked it and immediately noticed there's a little chihuahua behind the counter and as we (4 ladies) walked in, we all started talking about how cute he was and started talking to the dog, one of us made a kissing sound to the dog and the woman working there said "she gets very angry when you make that noise". Excuse me?? That's how you greet customers? The person that made that noise apologized and we continued to walk around and look at items. The woman working there didn't say anything to any of us, just stood and stared at us. She continued to be extremely dismissive about any items we asked about. Truly a shame that the same company can have two locations and the customer experience is so different at both.

Great variety and service. Love taking my clothes and jewelry there after I clean my closet.

Overpriced. Snobby incompetent staff bordering on insulting. There are better consignment shops in the Tucson area.

When I visit Tucson, will make it a point to stop by this consignment store. Lots to look at with a nice variety of designer clothing, purses, shoes and so much more. Carry designers like Johnny Was, Gianni Versace, Diane Von Furstenberg-on the high end and other clothing brands like J Crew, Nike, Levi, etc. Plus nice handbags, jewelry and accessories. Reasonably priced for what I purchased. And could have spent a lot more money. Staff is super friendly and very helpful. Highly recommend visiting this store for cool and unique items.

This store has such a great vibe. The staff is helpful. The clothes have personality. So much better than shopping online.

Waste of a 30 min drive. Everything overpriced for used! Few stains on some $30 tshirts. They cater to older women not younger casual clothes. Ladies are nice at first but when ask a question about price they get annoyed. Will not go back!

I love a great consignment store - when traveling it is such a fun way to experience the pulse of a place. This is one of those great local businesses - the clothing options were amazing, and when I had an issue with a pair of shoes purchased there, they were so responsive - can't wait for my return to Tucson to visit again. All thumbs up for fashion fun!
