Zweibel Rhamschnitzel, Semmelknödel and Cucumber Salad. So dang yummy!Really like cucumbers but don't often eat them as they repeat all day, but couldn't resist. They were sere good.Service was fast and friendly. Food was excellent and came out hot and yummy. Ambiance was very authentic, cuckoo clock started cuckooing at noon.

The food is delicious and the portions are huge, in fact they are so huge that you can get two mealsfrom one dinner entree. My only complaint is that with portions that large, you need a large to-go box and all they had were little flimsy plastic containers that only contain only half of my leftovers. When I asked for a second container, a 50 cent charge was added to my bill. If that's not a cheap trick, I don't know what is! Next time I'm bringing my own to-go box. The servers are excellent, food came out in a timely fashion, and like I said, it's a huge portion. I had the Zeiben schnitzel with two bread dumplings and red cabbage. Everyone I was with enjoyed their food as well.

The bad: the food was mediocre compared to food in Germany. Portions were small given the price. No alcohol for a German restaurant. Food didn't come out together for a party of 7. $1 charge to substitute a side that cost the same on the menu. Ambiance is not good. The good: service was ok, private room was available. Overall, wouldn't go back.

Service and food was quite good. Had a Reuben with horseradish rather than thousand Island dressing. Schnitzel bowl with spatzle was quite good. Don't think they had a liquor license, even though they had beer stains on every table. Seems to be a lot of people pick up taking the food home.

We went in an hour before close. Waitress was slightly snippy. My spätzle tasted like it came from another customer's plate. It was cold and dry and not tasty at all. The rest of the food was OK but not fantastic. I would skip this German place for something else in the area.

We went here with family for my sons birthday. The waitresses were absolutely amazing and we loved their German dresses. The food was delicious and from what my in-laws said, also authentic. It felt like we were invited to dine in a true German family home, as they served us on mixed glass-wear and they allowed us to use the "back room," or "party room" due to the number of us. It felt very comfortable and cute. Food arrived in a fair time (neither short or long time). Fresh tasting and hot. I got the tea and it came with a cookie and was in a cute little teacup with a saucer. I ordered the chicken schnitzel and want to go back again as soon as we can make it back over there! Highly recommend if you are looking for a good German restaurant to frequent.

The good: Parking is available and allows for easy access to the restaurant. Bathrooms are on site (1 male, 1 female; unsure if there is a changing table). Booster seats and high chairs available (all clean and in good working order-- parents know how rare this is). Staff was incredibly pleasant and knowledgeable. Very open layout that allows for easy seating for groups of 4 or more. We went as a group of 7 (4 of the 7 kids ranged from 2-11 years of age). We were able to be seated immediately. The kids were provided with reusable plastic cups with lids. Straws were reusable as well. I really liked the cups and straws as they were super sturdy. I had the Reuben with thousand island. I love Reubens. And this was probably the best Reuben I have ever had. The sauerkraut and corned beef were fresh. The bread was toasted and flavorful. I was very happy with my meal. I tasted the cabbage-- it was new to me but enjoyable. I stole a little bit of the two year old's bratwurst and it was divine. Serving sizes were aligned with the reasonable pricing. We all left full and satisfied. The bad: That same open layout means that it's very loud. It was easier to hear the folks behind us than it was to hear people at our table. To consider: We arrived at 1230 on a Saturday and seemed to beat the rush. People that came in 15-20 min after us were told that food would take 45 minutes. Overall, I strongly recommend this restaurant. I can wait to come back and try other things on the menu.

The service, comfortable atmosphere, and authentic German food are all great. My go to meal, the schnitzel sandwich on a pretzel roll with french fries and coleslaw, is always super tasty.

Adjust your hours bro. This is restaurant 101. How do you expect people ti give you money when you say your open and you're closed. 12/27 a Friday.. There was even staff still there.... Did someone die? Your chef drunk? Did the server cut their finger. Fucking unacceptable. You failed

This place is small but has a family vibe to it. The service was very friendly, but not overly fast. I'm assuming it's that way because they make it all from scratch. I ordered the chicken schnitzel, which was amazing. My sides were potato salad with cucumber salad. I will be back to try more of their amazing menu.
