Michele is very affordable and her treatments are effective! She had a sliding scale from $25-45 per session which is amazing. I very much enjoy her treatments as I leave feeling stress free and centered. It's wonderful to be able to go in and have her work on certain concerns or areas in the body that need work and really feel relief. Would recommend her clinic as she also a very decent and kind human!

I usually can go to any acupuncturist and feel great afterward. Unfortunately my experience was not the best. I felt the owner was inattentive to me and distracted. She didn't seem to be interested in my concerns pre treatment, and I began to feel extremely panicked when she wasn't noticing me waving my hands around when I was wanting to have my needles out. I felt trapped. When she did notice me, only due to another patient arriving, I think she could read my discomfort and instead of addressing it she seemed to hide from it, she didn't say a word to me as I left, no thank you, no goodbye. She took my cash and I gave it a moment to see if she would at-least say to have a good day and no, she just clearly wanted me to leave. I really wanted to like it here and am pretty understanding of mistakes but I just felt like she didn't care.

As I walked in for the first time, I was getting all my paperwork from the front desk receptionist. She was welcoming and pleasant. As I was about to walk to the couch to fill out new customer forms, I see a woman to my left marching towards me. I was then approached by Michele, who I'd never met, posture her body immediately in front of me. She began wailing her arms and demanding I put a mask on. She made a big scene and then switched personalities to immediately sit down to chat with a customer on the couch. I was so shocked by her aggressive approach. The receptionist immediately began to apologize for Michele's behavior and promised me that Michele was really good at acupuncture. I was mostly shocked and only said, I think I'm going to leave. There's construction all around this location and no parking close by. I was very disappointed that someone I thought would be a professional, was indeed far from one.

I love this acupuncture clinic. Very reasonable yet very effective. Michelle knows where to pin you! Amazing results!

I just returned to Tucson and thought I would try a different community acupuncture place. I used the Groupon Deal for three visits. The first visit, Michelle was thorough and went over my issues. When I got in the treatment room, it was the typical community style, which doesn't bother me. What did bother me is the other patients talking to Michelle after their visit. Why would you talk to your clients when others are trying to rest? Second time, same thing and Michelle let a child go back with his mother. He was intentionally trying to wait people up by kicking something. The person at the front was training someone and you could hear everything. Not to mention, the massage table was rock hard. My 3rd and last visit was yesterday. I was happy to see not many people were there. I did get a table in the far back and it was one of the more comfortable tables. I thought I was finally going to get to sleep like I always have during treatments. Didn't happen. There was so much noise in the back, door opening and shutting and chatting. And mid way the fan was turned off and the AC was not even touching me. There is also a very loud business next door and on the corner if Grant and Campbell, so every time someone opens the door you can hear the heavy traffic.As for the acupuncture itself, it does wonders for me. But, I like to feel rested and comfortable. That didn't happen.

I have tried several accupuncture places. I found 2 that helped me,and I alternate between them. The Accupuncturist here is more available emotionally and I like that. The other Accupuncturist is concerned but is there to get the job done. So far I am able to alternate weeks and that works for me. So, lay back and enjoy. Michelle's kindness and excellent skills.

Great place, Michele is very charming. An institution like the Gathering Point is an important part of the community. Acupuncture is a technique empirically demonstrated by considerable scientific research to be effective in treating many conditions. Anyone doubting this should look at some scientific publications online. Many physicians recommended this modality of treatment for me, but I didn't live in a place with a community acupuncture establishment at the time. This pay-what-you-can model helps those who are suffering and is a great establishment of charity well worth your support. The central location is great; it's not at all noisy as some others have said.

While on a brief sabbatical, I gifted myself 3 sessions of acupuncture and I couldn't be more delighted with The Gathering Point. Calm and serene, even while in a community setting, is an ideal format for this first time acupuncture client. Not in physical pain, I asked for energy alignment and I. Was. Not. Disappointed. Honor yourself and receive abundant self-care at The Gathering Point.

Michelle is very kind, patient, understanding & thorough. I have been dealing with a myriad of issues & opted for a natural/holistic approach vs. modern medicine. It turned out to be a good decision! The benefits far outweigh the costly medical practices utilized in the U.S. today. I highly recommend this facility if you are looking for a different/natural approach.
