The Eddy Hotel Tucson, Tapestry Collection by Hilton

Nice, smaller hotel in a great area of northern Tucson. Easy parking. Only problem was we chose a rate that included late check out but were told it was not available the day we were leaving after checking with the front desk...we got a knock on the door at 12:02 (check out is 12) telling us to leave.

The good...it is a beautiful hotel and pretty new. We loved the pool and the restaurant was nice too. It's in a great area too. Lots of great shopping and restaurants. The bad...when we checked into our 1st room the bathroom was dirty. They have under counter lighting and anything and everything can be seen when the light is on. They gave us a new room. It was better but not perfect. We decided to stay another day past our check out and were given another room. The same issue! This should be a no brainier if you have that light under there. You have to make it perfect! When you sit on the toilet, you see it! Please pay attention to details.

I love this hotel! This is by far the best Hilton hotel that I have ever stayed at. The rooms are spacious and offer ample natural light. The room also has a large bathroom with a walk in shower and an area to hang your clothes. The room also includes a refrigerator and a Keurig. I do wish that it included a microwave. When booking this hotel, I noticed that the room description mentioned luxury linens. I'm not sure what that exactly means, but the bed was very comfortable. I stayed at this location for four nights. During my stay, I felt safe, which is important when traveling by yourself. The hotel only has two levels. I will say that I did not hear the occupants of the rooms next to mine. I heard a door close now and again, but overall it was a quiet environment. The staff is friendly as well. I needed to extend my stay by one night and the front desk attendant assisted me in a quick and friendly manner. I plan to stay here the next time that I visit Tucson.

Very nice, fairly new hotel in a nice area of town. I picked a room in the rear part of the hotel. The room was quiet. Big TV. Real comfy beds. Modern furnishings. Nice bath room. The lounge has plenty of seating. There is a nice pool and seating area all around the pool area. They have nice fire places and heaters for those cool nights. The whole place was very nice and inviting. The staff was pleasent and courteous. I did the breakfast which was wonderful. My drive to work in the am was fire pleasent. Through the hills and a strange neighborhood. Strange but very nice. I really enjoyed that drive. You'll understand what I mean when you come here. I will be staying here again when I come to Tucson. So should you.

This was a very disappointing stay. The shower leaks water all over the place. We adjusted the shower head towards the wall. However, the problems is with the way the water pools on the edge of the shower getting in. The towel mat was constantly wet. It was annoying. Our room was not cleaned well. There were tiny black hairs on the bathroom counter. The bathroom floor did not look like it had been mopped. It was gross. I bring my cleaning wipes so I wiped the counter down and did the floor. The room next to us ordered room service and when we left in the morning the tray was outside the door. We returned late that night and the tray was still there. It was there all day. The staff is friendly and the aesthetics in the lobby are nice. That is it. We will not stay here again or recommend this place.

My friends and I were enjoying brunch and decided to come and try the bar "Pin and Flower" over inside of The Eddy. This new hotel is just north of River on Campbell.The service was amazing. Ask for the bartender Jon. He was kind and helpful. CAN WE TALK ABOUT THE DEATH STAR ICE CUBES THOUGH!?The atmosphere in here really cute, open concept with the cute kittle Edison lights. The modern wooden exposure has lights thats giving not pretentious but you're going to love it here. The pool overlooks the bar.We didn't get food or stay in the hotel but the place was cute enough to hang. Hence yeah so yeah so the more the comics do the rat in the room listen listen did you get your story short and like if Wednesday come out and if you wanna go on for two minutes and just tell her story I'll let you go on I'm hosting think about it.

The Eddy is a wonderful hotel. It's new and modern with excellent customer service. The rooms are comfortable and very clean with crisp linens. The pool area has upgraded nice furniture and is a relaxing place to spend an afternoon. The restaurant is very good and servers are friendly and welcoming. We'll be back.

We really enjoyed our stay at The Eddy. It's a newer property with the Pin and Flour restaurant in the lobby. Our room was clean and modern with wonderful, well lit bathroom and a balcony overlooking the pool. The staff was friendly and happy to offer area restaurant recommendations, of which there are plenty in the immediate area. We will definitely stay here again when in the area.

The location was the best thing going for this hotel.The rooms were small and uncomfortable with an L shaped seating area right next to the bed. The tv was streaming only and buffered constantly. The hotel seemed cold and unwelcoming, and the staff the same. The signature drinks did not appeal to us and bartender was unfriendly. As Hilton Honor's members, we were disappointed.

This is what I had hoped for in a hotel for a quick trip passing through AZ. The hotel is about 6 months old. They seem to still be hiring people. Check in was easy. The room had an easy layout for a King bed. There was a fridge and a K-cup machine. Because it's new there was carpet nails that didn't get hammered down all the way and I cut my foot on one . A hurt and bleeding foot before the gym was not fun. I put quarters down where they got me. I went to the front desk and spoke to the gm Marie and the FM John. They seemed genuine in addressing the issue and immediately fixed the nails. I had to slug away in the gym with the pain. The gym needs improvement, but it got the job done. I'm sure they'll get more equipment or decide to use cold towels. I wanted to lay out at the pool and the young guy at the front desk asked if I needed help with my foot. He got me a bag of ice for my foot and said the GM wanted to talk to me . I told him I'd be at the pool . I was at the pool for 5 hours , no GM convo. I specifically said to the FM please don't comp my room I didn't want anything free and joking said maybe a quesadilla would be nice . But yeah they left my bleeding foot at that . The pool area was so clean.
