Came here for dinner. Wife had prime rib which was a good size cut and tasted good. I had the fried fish and chips. Four pieces of fish and plenty of fries. So much I couldn't eat it all. Waitress was nice and efficient but the restaurant was like ice cold. Made the food go cold fast. Will we go back? Yes we will.

I have the steak and pasta this time, and it was really good. Unfortunately the service wasn't the friendliest.Pricing is a bit high, and the menu is small. If you like Seafood, the menu seems to be geared towards that type of food.UPDATE: 6-16-19What a difference a new Head Chef makes. I was told the new chef started about three months ago. We started off with some mozzarella sticks and they were fantastic. They were crunchy and the cheese tasted so good. Next we had some chicken soup which was also awesome. The chicken chunks were fresh soup tasted great. For dinner I had the Prime Melt and my Wife had the ribs Both were awesome. I am really surprised how this place has stepped it up. The food and Service were so much better than last time.To top it off, apparently the new chef has lowered the prices to make eating here really reasonable to coming out. We will definitely be back.

Disappointing experience , the best compliment goes to the chef. The food itself was excellent. We had the Salmon Ceasar Salad, French onion soup, and shrimp scampi. The service all the way around was seriously lacking. Our waiter was ask for an ice water with lime and brought ice water with lemon. The entree was ordered incorrectly when he put it in and another plate came, so we waited for the correction. He came back once to leave our bill and never removed as much as one plate or item from our table. Upon leaving my husband paid the bill and I thought it was much higher than I imagined so I ask to see the bill. The waiter left on the incorrect entree and simply added the new corrected entree I originally requested. We took it back to the desk for a refund and correction. The girl rolled her eyes. It was $20 over the actual cost, but an inconvenience for her to address? She said she would have to get the manager. The manager came and voided the error and gave her the receipt, he never made eye contact with us or spoke to us at all. I was in disbelief of his arrogant attitude. I ask for a copy of the voided transaction and she rolled her eyes again. The chef is truly amazing, but don't expect good customer service. Sad.

The casino is limited on quality. The only restaurant that has a sit down area. Quality of food is mediocre and not open every day. Dont be surprised if it bites back!!

Typically not busy here because I don't think most people know about it, this is Diamonds attempt at a high end restaurant. Overall the good was good but not outstanding , the coffee grounds steak was good but my wife had to send it back multiple times we always order medium rare and the first time it was well done, second time it was not even cooked, theirs time came out medium well. A little disappointing for a $25-30 steak.Overall the service was good and hopefully we will have a better experience next time.

OK where to begin with my disappointment of what this place has become? This was never a great restaurant by any stretch of the imagination, but it did have some decent food! One thing that they did excel at was Burgers! Particularly the Bacon Blue Cheese Burger! They used to be thick and juicy and made to order, and I would get mine on grilled rye bread and add a sunny side up egg, oh mylanta you are my woman! The fries were those corn starch coated fries that fry up nice and crispy, yum! I looked forward to that burger every time I went to DDC!On my last trip there I was so disappointed, they no longer have the BBC Burger, so I tried the California Burger! My first clue of what was to come should have been that the burgers are no longer cooked to order, they are cooked medium well only! And I soon found out why, they now use the same cheap frozen burgers that they use over at the Diamond Grill. Gone are the beautiful thick and juicy patties of memory, replaced by a flavorless sad grayish looking hunk of dried out meat like substance. You get the same burger at the grill for about $4.00 less. And to be honest the one the grill made for me at 4am was actually better! That lady grilled that bread perfectly and I added my own condiments which helped too, she messed up the egg though! Now what was delicious however at the cafe was the sweet potato fries, oh man are they delicious! Crispy yet soft inside, and so good!Still wish they would get onion rings though! So yeah the burgers are just sad now, and are no way 1/4 lb either!I'll get my burger fix over at the grill for less money! But the grill doesn't have SPF though!Bring back the fresh burgers made to order, the ones you have now just aren't very good!

It's basically Applebee's. My lobster bisque was watery from being reheated and had no chunks of lobster in it. When I noted this to my server, she said that bisque is completely puréed and so does not have any chunks of meat in it. But if one googles lobster bisque and checks out various photos, it becomes clear that this is simply untrue: it is often topped with chunks of lobster. Moreover, in 2018, I made the best lobster bisque at home that I've ever eaten. It's not rocket science.

OMG. What a challenge to have dinner here. We went for twofer prime rib special. The prime rib was exceptional all else unbelievably bad.Our waiter seemed to have little or no training. Asked if I wanted my red wine " on the rocks", brought our salad before our appetizer and when we pointed out the baked potato was cold was challenged to give a response.Spoke to the manager John not a much better response. End result we passed on the potato. Then the bill came, another adventure. I was charged for a bottle of wine not the glass i had, the potato an extra was still on the bill. Again spoke to manager. It took over 20 minutes to get the adjustments done to the bill and the coupons we gave him as partial payment were not an adjustment on the bill. Another ten minutes to fixNow paying the bill, the credit card machine was not working and it sound like this was a normal occurance. Paid the bill. Also we had tickets to the Steve Martin Martin Short show at the Tucson Arena needless to say we were so late getting there due to all of this we passed on attending. The restaurant is very pleasant some of the food is very good but they do to get their act together.

At the Desert diamond Casino. Have a dinner there before you gamble, just in case you gonna lose all your money, at least you would have a great dinner. The trout almondine dinner which includes soup or salad and dessert, was excellent. I know I can go gamble now. I will come back here, if not for the gambling, then for the food.

God what fantastic food! It is the best I have had in Tucson since I moved here 4 years ago. Had a 3 course trout almandine which was to die for! Today will eat in the Ko-Sin Ki buffet. My expectations are very high. Cheap delicious drinks too!
