Always enjoy swimming at The Cove. Very friendly staff. Asked lifeguard to give me a heads up while I was swimming laps when a lane opened up! I will keep coming back to here in the future.

I love that this is an indoor pool. The life guards were attentive. The wave pool was clean. We went to walk and we used the wave pool to do so. We didn't use the lap pool as there was a swim team practicing. The hot tub/pool was comfortable. We also did not use the water slides. Over all it seems like a nice facility and I hope to use it more in the future. The pool is shutting down over the winter to do some updates and repairs.

The reviews on this page aren't all good, but the ones I see are all really old! It's now 2023. the Cove gets really crowded, but during open swimming, even with lots of people, its lots of fun! The Price is very reasonable. The pool and area is nice and clean. The folks checking you in, are friendly and helpful.I am older, so can't comfortably go in the water, but its ok, I can safely watch "my" kids. The waves bothered me (vertigo), but nobody else. They come on a couple times per hour, and everyone jumps for joy! It's worth every penny, and a great time for families and friends! There is a limited number of tables, but I can find a chair to sit and relax.

Only local swimming center in Sierra Vista unfortunately. After tireless googling and searching, we landed here for our Saturday afternoon hangout! There was a line outside the door when we arrived. However, it was deceiving as it did not take long at all to get in. Children 5 and under are free, adults were $3 with a child and there is no fee if you're an adult who is not swimming. Wristbands are provided to each paying guest. Upon entering, it was a built overwhelmingly crowded with people. At first glance, no where to sit! We lucked up and found chairs at an empty table in the back. There is a small kid lagoon area with a waterfall mushroom and pirate ship kid slide. Water is about 1.5 feet deep in that area. A heated jetted pool off the left of the kid area. There is a wave pool in the middle and 2 tube water slides over to the right. To my surprise, the tube slides were fun and my son could go on them with me as long as I held him in my lap. Lines for slides were not long at all and moved quickly, we were able to ride them multiple times. There is enough space for everyone and it did not seem as crowded as it appeared. My son had a great time overall and I would def come back esp for the price. Life jackets and tubes are also available on a first come, first serve basis. There is also an outside area with small cabana style seating and an outside pool with diving boards for those feeling froggy ! The only downfalls:1. The snack bar was closed. However, the facility allowed you to bring outside food and drinks. BUT this information is NOT listed on their website so this info was not known until we got there sadly. 2. The Mushroom waterfall stopped working during our visit.3. The pirate slide ended up closing down about 10 mins after we arrived.4. The waves only ran ONCE.

I really enjoyed this place! They were friendly, the pool was huge, lots of seating and a snack bar! They have a kid swim time during the morning, then an open swim for everyone, I think this is just specifically for summertime. There's a pirate ship kiddie slide for small kids, and a big water slide too. Definitely recommend this pool. Additionally, they have floaties and life vests available.

I'm here visiting my parents and checked the website for basic rules and regs. I have 4 kiddos and my parents wanted to buy our passes for the day, I didn't "walk in" with them (as I had to make a stop to a local Walmart for swim trunks for one of my kids...per rules and regs on their website). I get there and trying to get in thinking they allowed my folks to pre-pay. NOPE. The lady at the front desk told them no. Not knowing this...I ask her "If I pay again would I be able to get a refund?" She replies...NO. "What about credit for another day?" NOPE. VERY rude and not helpful at all. I pay, and find out from my parents that she refused them to pre-pay me and my son. Not to mention she didn't even complete the transaction as we had to go back and receive "tokens" for a bracelet. Horrible customer service and tons of teenagers life guarding worried about socializing rather than safety. Not to mention half of the attendees are wearing...PJ pants and T-Shirts!! Was pretty disappointed. The older lady/manager had stopped me and asked me if I was taken care of..I tell her what happened and she says its done all the time for groups and clubs. Basically this lady just picks and chooses who to genuinely "help".Sadly I would come again only bc there is nothing better to do in this small town for me and my 4 kiddos!!

Lots of one star reviews. Marlboro butts bobbing among waves of algae? Shards of High Life bottles peppering the gunite? Floaters?Nope. Just a mediocre website and shoddy scheduling. It's a public pool. So yeah...you have to get over the kiddos (and some adults) slobbering, snotting, sweating and even *gasp* surreptitiously relieving themselves. If you're able to leap that shark, this is the best public pool in Southern Arizona. It's basically a Walmart version of an indoor water park, featuring a huge lagoon, two enclosed tube slides, a swimming-pool sized hot tub, toddler water slide, diving pool, and eight lanes for lap swim. At $2.50 a pop, we'd go there every day if it wasn't so far away.

Front desk staff are awesome and nice and very informative. The pool is clean and the bathrooms and dressing areas are clean. The snack bar leaves a lot to be desired . The workers are great, but the owner sucks. Out of so many things today. He or she needs to get it in gear. Maybe the city will see this and take away his license.

We switched to swimming from gym recently after it raised the fees. The Cove Swimming Pool was our choice. Its water is so clean that it smells healthy. It doesn't smell deadly Clorox. And the unique feeling as we walk out of the pool is much better than that of gym. *Guards are always present. You will be in safety zone all right. Admissionfees are much lower than that of gym. No contract.*But They change swim schedule without notice.
