Mike Varone, Salvador and his crew are awesome. Installation went flawlessly, with great communication from all the guys. They were super respectful of my home, and did a great job with install and clean up. Mike was super helpful in the process as well, so I'm very grateful for all he did for me. The crew was actually early which was fantastic, because I was ready for them to get started Since they have a few workers, the job can get done in a great timeframe. I really am thankful to have such beautiful countertops and splash. What I can say from my experience is this company really wants to be sure their clients are happy and satisfied. There aren't many companies like that anymore. So if you are looking for a countertop company, I would 100% recommend this one. Their prices are very fair and reasonable as. My review is delayed and I apologize, I've had some family stuff happen. The work was done in March and we are fully satisfied! Thanks Mike & Crew!

I purchased new counter tops from this company through Costco. They are without a doubt the worst contractor that I have ever worked with. They provide little to no communication, can't keep to their own assigned schedules literally missed most of their appointments that they had scheduled with me from the sales rep to installation. I am now fighting with the for warrantee repairs to fix several scratches in my counters that they caused during the transportation and install. Have called many times and they can't even give you the courtesy of answering the phone or a returning messages left on their voicemail. Thank God I bought these countertops through Costco and they are helping me resolve the issues. My advice avoid TCF like the plague, lousy company and no customer service

The worst! Held up my project for a small amount of $ after I had already paid them $5500. My project time and install was bumped bc they call you from an out of state number. Do NOT use this company they are NOT local it's run out of Illinois. Now they have my money and I have zero counter tops.

This company is incredibly poor at communication. I have left voice mails and sent emails and have heard nothing. I'm in the middle of a remodel and now waiting to find out the status of my countertops, which were paid for up front through Home Depot, and I still have no idea when they are coming or if they even have the correct countertop. I got some bizarre, unintelligible emails from a Daniel in Chicago two months ago, but the number didn't return phone calls or have voice mail set up. Trying to get information locally is ridiculous, I don't think they ever answer the phone. I am ready to take legal action. I've already talked to the BBB and they are helping me start a complaint process. This has been a nightmare. If you are even thinking of using this company, run fast - away. I have no idea what comes next.
