Jeremy got us in for 1:1 training, traveling far out to the edge of town and saved us! We were considering rehoming our dog when she was reacting poorly to the baby. We went from a very stressful home to peace of mind in a few weeks of training. He gave us the skills and confidence to set boundaries positively. She loves the baby as much as she loves us, but can listen when we tell her to leave him alone when she couldn't before. We now have a toolbox to deal with her when the baby starts to walk and all of the other exciting things that will happen as he grows up.

I first met Jeremy (the owner) at petsmart many years ago. I have worked with him on my 3 different dogs. Let me tell you a little review about 2 of them. The first was my little chihuahua who is 13 now, but she wasn't hard to train and obeys me still. Enzo: I got him at 6 months old and he was a complete and utter terror. He was minimally trained and had such separation anxiety. Believe me when I tell you without Jeremy I would have returned him to the previous owner. He was awful, never listened to me, would just bark at me. He got out of his metal kennel 3 times, and got out of his new hard plastic kong kennel. Then preceded to destroy the carpet in the rental home (see pictures below). I didn't like him and was set to give him back. When in steps Jeremy. Enzo became the most obedient, most loving dog. He was my shadow. He was such a great boy. He could have been a therapy dog. Training with Jeremy did that. Milly: I rescued her and she was a shy dog that mainly spent her life in a yard in the country. She wouldn't even walk on a leash when I got her. She would just go down on all 4s. She was terrified of every small thing. In steps Jeremy. Now Milly is still a work in progress but goes on walks, takes treats from strangers. Has gone to multiple different places to help with her shyness and fear. One of my favorite parts of these classes and training with both dogs is the bond that it creates between the two of you. I am a firm believer that you can't rely on a dog trainer alone. You have to be there and know your dog and be apart of the training and teaching. He can train a dog but it is no use if the owner doesn't use the same techniques at home. He has been a resource to me for every question I have ever had. He has other options than obedience training like tricks, agility, and pack walks. All of his staff are awesome too! I go to the pack walks with Rebecca and love her! Highly recommend! Wouldn't go to anyone else for dog training.

I can't say enough about Jeremy and Lori with The Complete Canine. I have been working with them with my buddy Bernie, now a 2-year-old Bernedoodle. I started with Jeremy at the Saddlebrooke dog park for puppy and Canine Good Citizen training. I moved to the main facility on 1st and started to work with Lori to make Bernie a service dog. After 2 weeks it became very apparent the Bernie had such a sweet and loving personality that I made the decision to change to a therapy dog rating. The best choice I have ever made. Lori took us through all the training for a therapy dog and we were able to be certified by Pet Partners as a therapy team. We then were able to connect with Dependable Hospice and became authorized for Hospice care. We then took the Pet Partners course that certified us as a crisis response team. Our next step was to connect to HOPE crisis response group and went to a 3 hour evaluation session where we qualified for a 3 day intensive course in Los Angeles. Jeremy assisted me with 2 private sessions at the Tucson Mall to help in controlling Bernie on a leash. None of this would have been possible without the help from Lori and Jeremy at Complete Canine. I cannot thank them enough.

Jeremy and Jen are absolutely amazing! They are patient and kind and every dog absolutely loves them. Our puppy's training is going so well and she has learned a TON in 6 short weeks (as have we). I cannot recommend them enough! Worth our drive across town just to have the lessons with them!

I read all the other reviews and absolutely agree. We adopted our 2 year old rescue dog 4 months ago. Emi needed a lot of basic training. I looked up several trainers but Jeremy seemed to be the most compassionate and passionate of them all. Any good trainer is going to be expensive but Jeremy's rates (the owner of The Complete Canine) were far better than any that we looked at and WORTH EVER PENNY! Jeremy is a delight to work with. We paid for two home-visits and we learned so much about training in both visits. We learned how to train our pup so that she was safe with all the issues that she needed to know in her new home. We then went to two 5 week courses-Beginning and then Intermediate training. We cannot believe all that Emi has learned in the few months that she has been our girl. And of course we have been learning right along with her. Emi has learned to socialize with people and other dogs. Prior to these lessons she barked her head off when we walked in our neighborhood. She now whimpers and barks with delight to say hi to other two-legged and 4-legged walkers. We learned wonderful commands way beyond our expectations. Jeremy is a brilliant trainer (magician!). He is funny, calm and a great listener. His CV is amazing and he has an answer/suggestion for any/all questions we had. His assistant Jen is also a joy. She is a compassionate and very knowledgable trainer/teacher, and always ready to assist. Emi loves coming to these classes and especially excited to see both Jeremy and Jen.We cannot recommend Jeremy enough...he is that good. Randy and Jim W.

Winnie had so much fun here - when I got her from the rescue she was reactive and hated getting in the car. Now she loves to go see her friends and ALWAYS wants to jump in the car except when it's time to go home. I had a good time and they made training easy by breaking it down into simple steps. I didn't feel stupid when things were difficult because they explained which commands are hard and how to achieve each goal with slow but steady progress until it all came together. YAY!
