This clothing exchange is very peculiar. In regards to clothing, the majority of their clothing seems to be matronly. They are very very selective on the clothing items they accept. This is what confuses me; is the store primarily for older women? If so, understand this before you come in. If not, then why not accept more youthful styles? Example: they accepted an old summer shawl I've had for years but they refused a fall dress/shirts I just got this year. About 1/3 of the store is children's clothing/items. 1/3 is women's clothing/items1/3 home goods. The home goods are a fun hit or miss. Sometimes they have really cute stuff in for a decent price! Sometimes they have furniture! They do seem to have holiday displays. Currently they have a few racks of Halloween costumes which is fun! They even have a cute little Christmas section right now. I enjoy coming in occasionally and supporting the small business but I don't have high expectations when I come in.

Employees seem quite unfriendly. But they are never rude. The selection of kids wear was very limited. I felt overwhelmed to look through so many racks of womens clothes. I wouldn't go again. I also sold clothes to them, they paid very little. I would have been better off selling on Facebook or a yard sale.

Been in here twice. Each time slow customer service. It might do you guys good to crack a smile and learn how to talk to customers. Clothes aren't that cheap. I'd rather go to yard sells or goodwill.

Listen, i got a lot of consignment clothes stores in Phoenix, and this meets the standard of a big town. Great clothes, great condition for a good deal. Just have the time to sift through things. I got 5 or 6 tops and 3 bottoms, business attire for 80 bucks. You won't find that at Dillard's.... if you go to exchange the clothes, same as in Phoenix, you will probably get more than the 50cents some one will pay you at a yard sale, but selling your clothes will not make you a millionaire!

I went into to sell some clothes and was told they only buy kids clothes. There where other women selling adult woman and men's clothing. I guess that's what I get for not looking like them. I will never go into that store.

This small business has transitioned away from mens items. They currently offer children's and women's clothing as well as some vintage items and home goods. Think of it this way, they buy seasonally to provide appropriate items for that season to their customer. So when I take items to see if they'll buy them I try to think like the store buyer... 'is this an item I'll be able to sell right now, do I have 50 other black blouses in inventory... etc.' The price they offer is a percentage of what they think they can sell it for. They are brick and mortar business with employees and need to turn a profit to stay in business; I understand this as a seller going in. They offer cash at a lower rate or store gift card at a higher rate for your trade-ins which have to make it through a selection process. Love this store! Always find interesting items and it is kept clean and well maintained. I go here before I donate some of my nicer gently used items.

Out of the 20+ items I had to sell (which were of great quality) including shoes the lady only chose 5 items and offered me $5 for all of it!! Complete upset. I'd rather take my time tying to sell them on LetGo or OfferUp for the price they are actually worth for being used.
